I love this beauty supply store. The owner always greets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing. She also got a chance to meet my mother and constantly ask about her when I return. I'm glad that we still have a convenient beauty supply store on our side of town that has products for my hair.

I went to universal beauty for a last minute hairstyle and was gifted with a couple of free samples to really fleek my hair style. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions I had in regards to the products I purchased. Thank you so much and I will be back to do business again.

This store closes at 9 and I got there at 854 (after a quick Google search from where I was)- because I needed a wig to keep me until my hair appointment. The employee (perhaps the owner) was a very pleasant and patient woman that assisted me to choose a very nice and affordable style.
This store is not close to my home but I’ll definitely be going again!!

I needed to find a hairstylist that specialized in short hair after I relocated to Charlotte. Gavada is an amazing stylist! She never disappoints. It is a pleasant and peaceful environment. From precision cutting, color and styling she surprises me everytime. She explains step by step the products being used and why they are needed for your hair.

Always a sweetheart when I visit this store. First time visiting, owner was a little cold but now she speaks to me each time I'm there! Very sweet once she opens up to you!

The owner of the store which by the way I forgotten her name. This BEAUTY STORE basically has everything that I want and more. I wanted a particular brand of edges for my hair so I don't perm so often. And the owner worked with me by ordering so many of them. March 10th 2019 in the A.M. after church I went to picked up my items and then some. You don't see what you are looking for and she will try her best to accommodate you the best to her knowledge. Therefore I informed her that I'm leaving the states and going elsewhere so I completely racked up on perms, hair accessories, and etc... trust and believe you'll not be disappointed with what I'm saying about the owner. Now her prices are reasonable as can be. Well that's all for now take care all.

This store surprised me! They have a lot of selection as far as hair color, different colors of braiding and crochet hair, and natural hair care products! It was our first time going today, but we will be back. The lady running the store was also very nice!

She has been doing my hair for what seems like forever. She has styled my hair regularly for years as well as for all big events in my life. Talented, efficient stylist and an even better friend. She recently moved places and her new spot is clean and private. Veda has never let me down!! Will not let anyone else touch my hair!! Highly recommended.

Good shop. Has all the hair products that my daughters and I need and want:). Lots of brands of conditioners, shampoos, oils, extensions, hair jewelry . I make a special trip to get my hair products here. The owner/staff are always helpful and neighborly. Great community business. Appreciate them.

Outstandingly knowledgeable about the products she sells and how your purchase will affect you. This woman will order what you need and is interested in the outcome of the installation. Believe it or not this is not the closest store to me..i had been to 2 others in the last few days and found 0 customer service...this Lady right here?...just go! You will not be disappointed✌👌👍
