Very nice and clean Ulta. Nicely organized and a wide variety of stock. I was surprised to see a lot of Cosrx because there is usually just a meager selection at my local Ulta.

Betsy is new to the area and I’m so glad I was one of her first clients. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She will listen to what you need and delivers! Highly recommend her!

I believe the associates name was Channing? Beautiful soul and so helpful! Found my foundation match IMMEDIATELY and had me out the door comfortable with my complexion as well as my purchase. Very outgoing and very sweet! I absolutely LOVED him 😍

I’m giving this store 5 stars only because of Nicole who did my eyebrows. She was patient, covered all the gray hairs and adhered to my request to keep them natural. I booked my March appointment. She is great.

I definitely got the wow experience at Ulta Matthews. Sincere helped me eye makeup. My brows are 🔥🔥thanks to Gigi. Jenn helped me with the lipstick 💄 The Ulta team is amazing 🤩 and they know also very knowledgeable about the products

Logan was the individual who cut my hair, and he did a great job. I always want someone to listen to me, but I also want someone who has my best interest at heart. I believe that Logan did just that. We know what we want, but so often we do not know how to get it. I think Logan heard what I had to say. I listened to his input and I loved the outcome. Thank you Logan for your help and for giving me a great haircut!

Gigi & Niya are the most amazing girls i’ve ever encountered. they made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. it felt like I was hanging with friends. they laughed, and treated me with such kindness and I will forever be thankful to have met them. also, the Murad works GREAT! thank you so so much girlies!

My cashier Tarica went above and beyond helping me look for products after I got to the counter, both paging other people on the floor and physically looked as well. She patiently and kindly waited while I inquired about more products to look for while checking out; I didn’t feel rushed or anxious to ask. She also explained all the benefits of signing up for a card without being pushy and I gladly proceeded to get a card. Great customer service so shout out to her!

Had eyebrows waxed and benefit products applied by Emily. A very sweet young lady and had my eyebrows looking better than I've ever had them done. I have very sparse, light brows. Normally when I've had them done in the past, I look like someone has had a magic marker to my face and she had them very natural and thicker looking. She did an excellent job! Thanks, Emily!

My sister and I had our Olaplex treatment done today and Sara was very nice and professional. Excellent service.

They have lots of beauty care supplies, low on special Christmas bundles. Its so close to the holidays so they probably won't be restocking those. Plenty of help if you need it. Store was kind of crowded. Checkout was pretty fast.

I went in tonight an hour before closing and asked for a color match for a CC cream that I had my eye on. There are only two people working but the woman I asked for help (I believe her name was Maia, but I'm embarrassed to say I'm terrible with names) didn't blink an eye and said she'd be over as soon as she could. she not only matched me to a color that I had no idea matched to my skin tone, but she also made great recommendations for a cleanser and a moisturizer. It's so refreshing to be able to have a real life conversation with someone who understands my needs.

Thank you for having such helpful people like Maia in the store! I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this location, very convenient and reliable to always have the products I need in stock. Staff is super friendly in helpful. I have been helped by Shekeyna in the past and yesterday by Amanda M. I cant wait for my next trip and to earn more rewards!!!

Super friendly staff helped me pick the very perfect color of KVD full coverage lock it foundation I've been after. They also pointed me out to a fantastic contour kit from smashbox! Money well spent on top of the line products. So happy to get a second set if eyes for color purposes since its been awhile since I bought foundation or spent to much time in the sun. The store is easy to navigate as well!

I had a wonderful color and cut with Sarah (booked under Jake) She is the BEST!! I cannot recommend enough. A true expert in color and I got exactly what I wanted. It meant so much because I’m about to have a baby and wanted to have my hair done one last time before he gets here. :) I would DEF book with her again and again! :)

Very nice and helpful people. I just needed a gift card for my wife and had no idea as to how much to put on there. I dont buy makeup lol, but the lady at the counter helped me out, and the wife was happy, so yea, great experience

I get my haircut here. Aida gives me a fantastic cut that lasts! Highly recommend her. The whole salon staff seems friendly and knowledgeable.

Sarah L is a phenomenal stylist! She is very sweet, talked me through every step of the way, and even made me a cup of coffee while my conditioning treatment set. Best stylist I’ve had in a while. Thank you!

I am highly satisfied with the product and with the customer service. Employees were also knowledgeable and concise and provided spot on suggestions.
