Puget Sound Welding

Contacted a handful of local welders about our wrought iron stair rail that snapped in two during some remodeling. Puget Sound Welding was responsive and straightforward about costs. James worked with us to make sure it got fixed at a reasonable price and the guys who came out to weld it together were very pleasant, professional and efficient. Always happy to find local businesses like this and will call them up when we eventually decide to replace the rail.

We had an awning frame bend from the wind. We brought it to Zeiglers for repair. They were very blasé and unprofessional when we dropped it off. He said "it'll probably be a month, unless it's in the way then we might get to it sooner." Nice, right? Two months and no frame. We started calling once a week to find out the status and they kept saying it would be done that week. We got tired of being lied to and researched other welders. I contacted James and it was such a breath of fresh air after dealing with Zeiglers. He communicated quickly and often. It was done in 2 weeks time and was done very well. We couldn't be happier. I can't recommend this business enough. Don't go to Zeiglers unless you like to be treated poorly. Support Puget Sound Welding and you won't be disappointed.

These guys are amazing. The finished my project ahead of time and polished it up, even though not expected or requested. All my welding and fabrication now has a forever home.
