Went there to use Notary services. Did not disappoint lol. Attention: they only take cash!

It doesn’t come up on google maps but this store offers notary services at a very good rate. The store is tucked inside a building lobby so can be easy to miss.

Seemingly one of the few notaries around who charges the statutory $2 rate, where plenty of the others you walk into add on blatantly illegal "administrative" fees of another $6-10, e.g.

Peter sells a million things out of a tiny kiosk.It's like Dr. Who's Tardis, bigger on the inside then the outside. What's particularly great is he will sell you a single envelope or legal pad or whatever, so you don't have to buy a whole package like at the Kinkos next door.
