T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My fiancé and I were so happy with our experience today at T-Mobile. Sales Rep Jacob was very kind and personable; he went the extra mile and stayed after hours just to get our plans set up. We are very pleased :)

I was at the South Hill Mall T-Mobile store this morning and received amazing help from Lizette! She not only set up the app service on my cell phone, but also got my tracker to be recognized and synched with my phone. She had so much patience and was very respectful. Thank you so much, Lizette.

Sydney was who helped me and she was amazing customer service was great so friendly helped me for about a hour. If you need anything go to this store they are the best.

When in need of anything from T-Mobile, information, billing assistance, or equipment, this particular T-Mobile outlet, located in the South Hill Mall in Puyallup, is where I go. The staff is unfailingly patient, polite, professional, and eager to satisfy. Each visit is an ideal customer service experience. Kudos!

This store is great and the staff is even better. They did more than they really needed to do to take care of me. Liz is super cool, professional and very helpful.

The store manager here,McKayla, had amazing customer service. I switched over from Metro PCS to T-mobile and she was very knowledgeable and made it a very easy to transition over. Store has a genuine vibe and this location in particular was outstanding. Thank you McKayla!

I visited few other T-mobile stores before I visited the South Hill mall T-Mobile store. Those other T-mobile stores told me prices that differed from what the official T-mobile website advertises, they were very unprofessional as well, but once i met Mckayla, the store manager at T-mobile store in South Hill mall, I was really happy with the service we received. Mackayla was very professional, and offered us great promotions, I signed a family plan of three lines with T-mobile on the spot.

I would definitely recommend this T-mobile store if you live in the south Seattle/Puyallup area.

Went in last minute to figure out a phone situation. McKayla took her time to help us the best she could and didn't throw us around like other phone stores. She was very professional and HONEST. Definitely one of the best T Mobiles I have been to !

Gabe was amazing!! I did have an issue that was on going longer than it should have, but this very professional & friendly gentleman got my situation fixed in a matter of 5 minutes, I now bring all my business here even though it is further of a drive, 100% worth it for the service provided to me by this guy. I updated to an iphone 14 pro at another T-mobile location but they weren't able to get cellular working so I ended up coming here for help. A mobile expert agent named Taylor K was able to help me fix this. It took a while and he was very patient and didn't give up. Even the technical support line he called into ended up giving up on us but he worked his magic and finally got it to work. I appreciate his professionalism and his perseverance! Thanks Taylor.

A wonderful gal named McKayla helped us upgrade 3 of our phones and she was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she wasn’t pushy like most salespeople! I usually hate upgrading my phone because I always feel pressured to add on things I don’t want, but she made the experience amazing!

Oh my gosh. I have been so frustrated lately with my phone. I walked into the Tmobile in the south hill mall and audibly gasped because it was SO busy. I was contemplating leaving and going somewhere else until Mckayla welcomed me into the store while she was with a customer. She took the time to greet me and made me felt seen even though there was so many people in there. When it came to my turn Mckayla was the one to help me. THANK GOD. She took her time and explained every detail as to why my phone was acting the way it has been acting. It has been a few days now and my phone is working AMAZING. This location has such an amazing staff. Thank you for seeing and hearing me out Mckayla!

Had an issue with the Iphone and went to 3 other stores before this one to get it figured out. McKayla helped me more than any of the other stores. Because of her I will be keeping my business with T-Mobile and only will come back to her to get anything squared away. If there way any way to give her a 10 I would give her a 100. She's that awesome of a TMobile representative.

Joaquin at the South hill t-mobile is absolutely excellent!! I switched over after being a Verizon customer for 14 years. Much less money, and more features!! They paid off my device balance which is awesome!! Go see Joaquin when you need a new device or to switch to T mobile!!! Omar the manager & their whole staff are fantastic!

Went into the t mobile store to upgrade my phone after 4 years thought it was finally time to update my phone to the iPhone 13 mini. Christopher made the transaction smoothly. I was able to transfer everything from my iPhone 8 to the 13 mini. He is professional caring and i will be coming back to purchase a watch an a tablet. Thank you Christopher for all your help!

I went in to upgrade my phone and a gentleman named Garrett was outstandingly helpful. He set me up with the brand new iPhone 12, answered all of my questions, and even assured me that my bill would remain the same and not go over a certain amount. Very patient with me and overall made the experience stress free and easy. Thanks Garrett!
