Jerry and the other staff I engaged with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get an order in for special parts to repair my skates in a week and half including labor. Prices were very reasonable and they helped me make sure I was making informed decisions by clearly presenting me with options for my repair.

Great hockey shop and they do the best job in the area on sharpening skates. The selection is pretty vast and this is my local go to spot for hockey equipment and related services. The one negative I would say is that the deals compared to some online hockey retailers are not as competitive. But, the in store experience makes up for it.

Workers here are super helpful. Had a difficult skate repair that multiple other stores said needed 3-4 days. These guys did it in less than 2 hours, didn’t try to upcharge me, and efficiently got my skate fixed. Really happy with the service and will definitely be coming back if I need repairs again.

I had a great skate fitting experience with Jerry Maust in the Carmel, IN store. Jerry Maust was very knowledgeable, very patient, and completely attentive to fitting me in the best pair of skates for my requirements. I went with the Bauer Supreme Mach skate, they are fantastic, but the review is mostly about Jerry's level of service and attention paid to the customer. Very solid experience and I am glad I chose Pure Hockey for the purchase.

I really like this store! My 8 year old son plays ice and roller hockey and everyone has been very helpful in helping us figure out everything he needs.

Nice store conditions. Clean, new, lots of options. My only thing is I wish it wasn’t so expensive but that’s hockey for you.

Not accommodating. Malicious compliance is annoying. Locked me out after driving 2 hrs for a return. Got there 30 seconds after close.
