This is the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to! The customer service is unbelievable! The young man that was working on the day I went explained the products to me in detail and suggested what was most suitable for my needs. I definitely will be returning to this store!!

When I first encountered Exotic Vapes, I was astonished with the decorations from outside and inside. I was impressed with the posters and lights within the store. As soon as I walked in the owner, Ahmed, offered to give me some assistance. Their store offered a variety options of CBD gummies, vapes and even vape accessories. Ahmed knows all about his products and explained what different things were. For example, I didn’t know a thing about CBD gummies and he was able to explain to me what it is and it’s usage. Before I left, Ahmed mentioned they’re still in the process but there will be more things to be offered at their shop. I appreciated the generosity and customer service from here. I highly recommend this place for all your CBD and vaping needs. I’m definitely coming back here again. Thanks again!

Brand new spot, very bright and clean with huge selection of disposables and vape juice and CBD. They also have the Delta 8 Gummies i have been trying to find. Great spot and staff is friendly.

I like exotic Vapes except for they didn't have what I needed this time unfortunately cuz they had ran out but I do like the location of the store and it is pretty well organized and bright and spacious.

Terrible experience. Defective product. Vape pen wouldn’t puff at all. The store refused to return or exchange. Manager initially agreed to exchange then apparently decided not to honor exchange while we were picking out replacement, while observing us on the camera. Plenty of great stores in the area who treat customers well and provide quality products. Don’t frequent this chain.

Closed when I went on Wednesday 05/11/22 4:00pm. All the cabinets were pulled away from the wall like they were shutting down. Thanks for letting your customers know when you’re going to be closed. It’s so easy to edit your hours on google and yelp.

Customer service is bad, cbd quality very low, vape juice doesn’t taste like any fruits at all
