My wife and I had such a great experience with Despina. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for (and what we didn’t know we were looking for)! They have a nice selection of jewelry. We will be long time customers, very happy!

I went to Michael's to get 6 watch batteries replaced.
Paul and the rest of the staff at Michael's were very helpful, amicable, and professional. One of the women there was so sweet and kind to my five-year-old and kept her busy and happy for me, while I spoke with Paul about what I needed done. The batteries were replaced quickly and carefully and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this jewelry store!

9 years ago my then 2.5 year old daughter got a hold of my wedding rings and I never saw them again. I waited for them to show up, maybe someone would find them after we moved, but no luck. I was finally ready and able to explore the possibility of having them remade when I reached out to an old high school friend who works for Michael’s Jeweler. I provided one photo of my rings from my wedding day hoping it would be enough, but realizing it was going to be a challenge since others told me the detail work was not something they could do. Despina communicated with her custom department and myself repeatedly to make necessary adjustments until it was just right. Today, I got to pick up a perfect replica of my wedding bands and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was above what I expected and their team was just as excited about this project as I was (well, maybe not as excited). If you ever are looking for a jeweler, I highly recommend Michael’s for their patience, dedication, and superior customer service.

I was so happy I walked into this beautiful store. They were so eager to help me with the repairs and different things I needed done. There’s a big difference between jewelers, and people who just sell jewelry. If you want to deal with honest professionals, I suggest you try this store. It was such a pleasure!!

I have been going to Michaels Jewelers for many years. The staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful from having a piece of jewelry repaired to purchasing a diamond. The store manager, Tony Bruno, is amazing. Tony recently helped my husband and I with the purchase of a diamond. He took the time to explain everything about the diamond (Tony really knows his stuff) and we never felt pressured.

The young lady’s there are so knowledgeable and friendly and willing to sell you anything without pushing. They repaired my old school jewelry.
They don’t make gold like they used to. But we are going back to shop again. I went outside for one minute and my wife is buying more. Lol.

Milton was incredibly friendly and helpful! He got my battery replaced in less than 5 minutes and then provided me all of the information I needed without being pushy, like a typical salesman.

Bought my wife’s engagement ring here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and excited for our experience. The Mrs still stops in to show it off and get our wedding rings cleaned up. The are top notch and caring each and every time.

Needed a repair on an earring that I'd had for years. They were sooo nice. Did the repair and cleaned my earrings -- so well that I did buy their excellent silver cleaning kit. It is nice to come into a store where people are so friendly and helpful Definitely will do future jewelry purchases there.

Michaels has set the gold standard in terms of jewelry quality, value and customer service. Michelle (the store manager) was available - what seemed like 24/7 - to help me design, customize and finally execute on our one-of-a-kind designed engagement ring. Michelle and I went back and forth multiple times on different designs, settings and specifications until the ring was perfect. Michelle spent many hours doing this with me and I was extremely impressed by her dedication and commitment to quality.

More importantly, Michaels Jewelers and Michelle have continued their unparalleled customer service long after the purchasing of our engagement ring. They continue to help with jewelry maintenance and are always available to answer any other questions we may have. Visited the store for a watch battery replacement - Joe was more than helpful! He got the job done in about 5 minutes while I browsed their selection of men’s bracelets. Very patient and friendly staff.
