I was in a bind when my car died in the middle of the road today and needed to replace my car battery. Reyan came to the rescue and helped me install my car battery that I purchased from them. I own a Volkswagen, so it was a little tricky to change. I really appreciated his patience and kindness throughout the whole process. He never got annoyed when I asked questions (I don’t know a lot about cars) and I could tell he didn’t try to take advantage of me with my lack of knowledge about cars like they try to do (especially with women) at mechanic shops or dealerships. It was dark, cold and raining today too so big shout out to him. Can’t express my gratitude enough

Glad to make a new updated review, Got to update and say now everyone is trying to do their work including the lady that works there. Glad to see some growth in this location. Also they have the best new hired Cashier, quick pick up too.

I wish I could give them a 10!!! I went out this first cold morning and discovered a dead battery. Called the Centreville store - they saw me in 15 minutes and it took LESS than 15 minutes for them to install it. Great customer service. Shout out to Brenda and Daniel. They will be my new place!!

Excellent customer service! I purchased a new battery on the Advance app and had it installed upon pick-up. It was convenient, quick and installed by a knowledgeable store associate!

I visited the store to get someone to read a check engine code. One of the employee happily used their OBD reader to tell me which code was causing my check engine light. I also needed assistance looking for some anti seize and they were very helpful for that too.

Helpful employees! If this location doesn't have the part you need then your only other option is making a deal with the devil, because whatever your working on certainly isn't lit by God's light.

I went in for a battery check and installation. Rodrigo, the associate who helped me, was very helpful and friendly. When we ran into some issues actually removing my old battery, Rodrigo did not get frustrated or impatient. Instead, he continued to try and find a solution to the issue we were having when he very much could've simply said "sorry, there's nothing I can do." I appreciated how he went above and beyond for something that was just a free service Advance Auto Parts offers.

The salesperson, I didn’t look at his name when I was in the store but the name on the sales receipt was Timothy M., was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to help me search for the specific O2 sensor that I needed to replace which required searching their computer system, google, and then watching some YouTube videos to be sure the part I was buying was the same as what needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond which saved me a lot of time and money. Thanks.

I have four cars and maintain all of them myself. I always get OEM parts either online or at the dealership, and purchase anything else (OE-replacement) here at my local Advance Auto. Been coming to this specific one for almost 5 years and they always seem to have what I need in stock. Can't expect all the staff to be very knowledgable about everything you ask, but I do appreciate their effort and like knowing that there's always a place I can get something I need the same day.
