Best buy is a good place to get everything from electronics to appliances. Have bought a lot of my electronics from them. Good prices too. They stand behind what they sell.

The prices for various PC parts and other items are actually lower than a lot of online prices. Including Amazon. I was surprised.

The staff is very attentive but not pushy. They are also very knowledgeable about the products that they offer as well as what they feel would be the best for your particular needs.

The store has a much wider selection of items than I had previously thought including appliances.The store is also very tidy, quiet, easy to navigate and organized.

The in store prices may not be advertised. Therefore, I strongly advise going in person to ensure you’re getting the best price for electronics and other items.

And besides. After what we all went through during the Pandemic Lockdowns. Plus with a lot of us shopping online these days. It just feels good to visit a local store in person to have contact with real merchandise and real humans.

Blane and Larry made sure we were taken care of! We came in looking to buy a very specific computer and Larry was such a great help and went above and beyond to get us the perfect computera

This particular visit to Best Buy was truly a blessing to my sister and me. Our dad has dementia, and he's prone to wander off. So when walked in, we saw this special cart that was made for adults with disabilities to sit in!! That in itself is enough for me!! Oh and we did find what we were looking for. Here are a few pictures I snapped of the cart. Other stores need to get this kind of cart as well!!

Had a great experience at Best Buy on Millerville in Baton Rouge. Dwayne and David went over and above expectations and spent a considerable amount of time helping me with my problem. The washer is great and the whole experience was positive.

Victoria helped me decide on a supertank printer yesterday for my home office. She was so knowledgeable about the printers! I was in the store for maybe 40 minutes and after speaking with Victoria, 3 other employees checked on me to ask if I needed help. Love this Best Buy location.

A very pleasant purchase experience. Staff was friendly and at the door to greet and assist me with my purchase. They were knowledgeable about what I was looking for and one item wasn't available, but they ordered it for me and I received it 4 days later. Definitely going back to the Millerville location always.

This is the Best Best Buy I have ever been to. My husband and I were in the process of buying parts to build a computer. During our time there we had a good number of their staff checking in on us and giving us their advice. We really felt like the workers loved their job and loved talking about tech stuff. They had pretty much everything we needed, but anything they didn’t have they looked up to see if other Best Buy’s near by had them. It’s hard to find stores and businesses that are fully functional post covid, so it’s just a delight to see that in this store.

This last visit was on black Friday. Which I anticipate craziness and struggles getting items.
The cashier was awesome, and paient. When he thought it was taking too long for someone to help my spouse at a cage to get an item, he kindly told me he would be right back he was going to go to the cage and help him.
This was because we were unaware the care we got to present to the front really just needed taken to a cage.

Previous experiences with this best buy was also painless and pleasant.

Went to Best Buy on yesterday to purchase a new laptop for my 16 year old Daughter.
The wait was a little longer than usual but it was expected due to a shortage of workers everywhere.
The guy that eventually came to help was very knowledgeable, courteous, a great Salesman and was their best computer guy. I purchased a Dell laptop with all the memory and features that I wanted at a good price. My Daughter was very well pleased with her new laptop.

Went to go get my wife a new phone for Mothers day. The phone she picked was not available, however the gentleman helping us went put of his way to help accommodate us. He found 2 better phones and brought them out for us to choose from. They were refurbished/recertified but essentially brand new. We were able to get new phones for both of us for the price of one new phone. Very helpful!

Bruce was in electronics stocking the shelves. He noticed me looking around for head phones. He was so courteous and professional. He asked me straight away if I needed help finding a specific product. He looked up the item I needed. They had it in stock. Helped me get in and out of there in 5 min or less. Thanks Bruce! More companies need outstanding employees like yourself.
