YI CHA - Tea and Coffee

Came for desert since Bearded Papa next door decided to close early. Staff are younger. They they are soft-spoken and sweet. We had only an egg waffle, and it was plain, and honestly, the taste was ok. If you get the whole shebang like the ice cream and chocolate syrup or the sweet cheese foam, it might taste better. Nice place different with different varieties of drinks. I will give an update next time when I order drinks.

Impressive! I was thrown back as I walked through the door for the first time. The atmosphere is unlike any coffee or tea establishment I’ve visited so far in the area. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The staff is prompt and very knowledgeable. This is at the top of my list. A great place to study, read, hang with an equally great beverage. Had a really unique Kiwi Basil tea at this place which included interesting add-ins that were actually extremely tasty. I had never had anything other than boba in my tea but whatever was in there was pretty delicious and left me wanting more. I got it less sweet than usual but it tasted pretty amazing and I’m planning on going back.

Hands down, the BEST tea place I have ever had. I always get the jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea, or the brown sugar milk tea and they are ALL SO FREAKING GOOD. I don’t get boba in my drinks but it honestly doesn’t even need it because they’re so good. I’ve yet to try the Thai milk tea but I don’t doubt that it’ll be amazing. The space is nice and chill. The staff are friendly. The drinks are AMAZING. Tastes legit and not powdery like some other tea places. I’ll keep coming back to this place as my go-to for tea!!!

We enjoy going to this milk tea house because they have authentic tea. Taro, matcha tea is really their creme brulee is made from scratch w/c gives more to the authentic and fresh taste of their milk tea.
Service is one of the best as the crew are polite and very accommodating.
Venue is a place where you can relax and have quite a time to review or just have some time for yourself.
All in all, I must try milk tea comparable to the more popular milk tea shops!

Let’s start with what’s important it’s 9:30 on a Friday night you and your significant other went to dinner and now you want something sweet. Everything is closed which is horrible but not them there open till 11 Friday and Saturdays which is AMAZING since I have a sweet tooth. Now let’s talk what we got my wife had the taro crème brûlée it was absolutely delish. As for me I got the cookie and cream smoothie it was good it did it’s job but definitely would go with my wife’s drink next time. You know what they say wifey is always right. But staff is nice ambiance really good.

The boba here is actually really good! I asked for 25% sugar, and they actually reduced the sweetness and I really loved it! it is located in a shopping center and parking isn’t an issue. it can get a little busy from time to time, but staff always does their best. One of the best places to get boba in spring!

Hands down, my favorite tea place! I've tried a few others & always end up back here! The taro creme brulee with cheese foam or the taro milk tea with boba are the absolute best, & my hubby loves the fruit teas. It's opposite way of work so I am usually only able to come on the weekends, but I make sure to visit at least once a week! If you haven't been, what are you waiting for?!

Great consistent drinks that get done fast. Probably my second favorite boba shop in Houston.
(I typically get jasmine milk tea. But when I don't want milk honey lemon green tea is a good refreshing drink.)

This place has the BEST iced matcha latte I have ever had! I am so glad they opened up here and hope to see more locations opening around town. Seriously, if you like matcha lattes you must try theirs! I wish they would add them to Uber Eats as you cannot order them for delivery.

This boba spot has a variety of drinks to choose from!! I love that they are able to make the drink with zero sugar despite not being on the menu (just ask, worst case scenario is they can only make it with 25% sweetness level) The only downside is they are relatively new and have a small selection of toppings, but they have the basics covered so it’s not a big issue. I’ve had the taro milk tea, Thai tea, Yi Cha milk tea, and the matcha crème brûlée which were all delicious!!

Charcoal cocoa and Ube Latte are my go-to. It's sweet and milky. Bubble egg waffle with ice cream is my favorite! It takes a little time to have out compared to the other drinks, but that's normal when forming the waffle, but it's worth it! There are strawberry slices and chocolate syrup drizzled with it that melts in your mouth.

Very clean, and welcoming. The staff does a great job at recommending menu items if you’re unsure what to order. I’ve tried several things from the menu I have yet to be disappointed. A few of my personal favorites are

This place is delicious. Idk what's their secret ingredient but it's soooo good and tasty. I've had the matcha creme brulee, brown sugar milk tea, and honey lemon tea. I'm not kidding it's perfect and a fresh drink every time! I typically order online and pick it up in about 10/15 minutes. The employees are nice and prompt. The place is pretty small, I've never sat in but ppl do in groups and they seem to be chillin just fine.

Calming vibe, drinks were yummy, and the waffles were great. We had 6 different drinks and everyone was happy with their item. Staff was friendly and the place was clean during our visit.

YI CHA is a wonderful new bubble tea/coffee shop in the Spring area. The place is very clean, and their drinks are flavorful. The Taro Crème Brûlée is my favorite. The ambience is is great. You can study/work here or just enjoy drink with some friends & family. They have discreet outlets throughout the place, which is kind of cool. I’m definitely will be a repeat customer.

Yi Cha is great! The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done on your laptop. They have a great drink menu ranging from coffees, creamy milk teas, and refreshing fruit drinks along with yummy toppings. Their bubble waffle is delicious too!

The employees go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness elevate the entire experience, making each visit memorable. From the cozy ambiance to the outstanding drinks and stellar service, Yi Cha is a true treasure in the neighborhood and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a delightful boba experience.

Great customer service , very clean and unique store. My kids and I love their teas and coffee . The ice cream Boba is one of our favorite drinks to order . They have a large selection of teas and coffees to choose from. They have plenty space to sit and enjoy a good time with family and friends . Highly recommended .
