cute, inclusive environment, friendly and kind staff, nice vibes. The food and coffee were both delicious! have not tried the wine.

Fireroast has this incredible vibe. They've nailed the atmosphere, despite a relatively small space, with brightly lit counters for catching up with friends and comfortable tables to get work done on your laptop. I only had their drip coffee which was a delight but want to try other drinks and food on the menu next time. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a breakfast restaurant before my trip to Minnehaha Falls. Being a tourist in town, you only rely on Google maps and the reviewers' suggestions. This small spot caught my attention. We were greeted by a friendly face. I told her that we were new and didn't know their menu. She explained everything well. We ordered turkey paninis, their breakfast sandwich with chicken. They both were delicious. I highly recommend the turkey panini! Their cold brew was delicious and fresh. The environment was pretty cool. The owner, I assume, asked me if we liked the food and about our experience, which was nice. Good spot to get together with your friends in the morning for a chitchat over beverages and/or food.

10/10 for food, service and atmosphere. highly recommend the mocha or lemonade with the vegan banana chocolate chip muffin. my boyfriend loves the sandwiches

The atmosphere at Fireroast is amazing. They've done a phenomenal job of decorating and creating spaces to enjoy their food and coffee. The service was on par and the food was pretty good. Their latte was delicious. However, their atmosphere and ability to create spaces for people to meet and enjoy coffee and a meal are what sets Fireroast apart from other places. Enjoy!

When folks know what they are doing and they care about what they do…. you get coffee shops like Fireroast. Tasty classic coffees in a pleasant coffeeshop and a relaxing place to hang out at. Parking is on the street, good merch, pet friendly, comfy seating, and well-crafted coffees. A quintessential neighborhood corner coffee shop. Five+ stars.

Nice cozy place and cool front seating area. They have ice cream which I cant have. 😞 I had a soy vanilla iced latte and it was good. They were out of the gluten free peanut butter choc chip 🍪. So 😢

I have been back a few times and I was able to get the gluten free peanut butter 🍪 and the monster 🍪...oh my goodness, so good. All the staff are super friendly. Must go and have ☕ here..everyone.

They have taken out the booths and put in a big table. No seating in the front area right now . Still making great drinks and have gluten free bars and cookies and the coconut macaroons are very very good.

The baristas were so nice and the neighborhood coffee shop vibes were great. It’s tucked away enough to feel very local and has a lot of street parking. The chai tea was made in house and was delicious. Not a lot of seating and it was packed during the afternoon on a Saturday but it was still possible to find a table. Very bright and would be the perfect spot to work from.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Staff were super friendly. Coffee was great. The turkey panini was SO GOOD. Will definitely be back :)

This is a really nice cozy place that sometimes has limited space: during certain times in the morning and afternoon there are particular tables for dining only, which I think is great and fair: there is plenty of other bench space around.

The coffee here is super tasty, and the breakfast sandwich might just be the most perfect sandwich there is. Get it with bacon- you'll be glad you did.

Fireroast has easily some of the best cafe food in the Twin Cities. Their breakfast sandwhich and chicken salad sandwhiches are my favorite. I've also loved their baked goods.

Great neighborhood hangout! A group of us meet here fairly regularly. The pandemic winter was rough but they set up a tent with heaters so customers could continue to meet during this ridiculous pandemic. Made to order sandwiches, homemade soups. Tempting daily specials — I had a spicy latte and it was just that! Service can be a bit slow when it’s busy — but just sit down and relax and enjoy the day—OK?!

Excellent coffee. Great Belgian waffle. Recommended. Nice employees. Their lunch options are also perfect. Parking is easy.

The regular coffee here is so good. Even the decaf is great. Try their muffins - espresso chocolate and vegan banana chocolate chip are always tasty. Love this place.

We moved to the neighborhood about two years ago, and our initial experience was less than positive. The women taking our order was rude and nasty. (Applying a bit of grace: this was during the pandemic.) I loved their coffee so much that I went back again only to find the individual in question gone, and replaced by friendly, personable, jolly folks. During the autumn season, they have spice muffins that are simply heaven. We have returned often due to supporting a local business and the excellent service and food choices. Summary: One bad experience does not always represent the overall picture. I prefer to gather additional data points prior to making an overall decision.

The quesadilla and coconut pumpkin curry soup are amazing. The soup is very well seasoned. The quesadilla has lots of veggies diced very small with black beans. The staff, plants, and general vibe of this establishment are awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised by their large drink menu selection. And I have cheap mimosas! I only ordered drinks at this venue, but they do have food.

both of the employees that I talk to or friendly! The atmosphere of the place is what I would describe as business casual. Bar style seating, Booth seating, and table seating. Modern cozy, but not modern in that oversaturation of different colors type of way.

it's unfortunate that there's a step there that makes it inaccessible to some disabled people, and the space is kind of narrow to navigate for other types of disabled people.
