CREAM Coffee Shop

Just moved in around the corner and am thrilled to have this place close enough to walk to. Such a cute little shop, and clearly loved by the locals without being overcrowded. Food and drinks were both excellent. I highly recommend the Ube cloud drink.

What an amazing coffee shop. Stopped in here while visiting friends nearby and sooo glad I did. The coffee is so good I actually ordered a second one while I was there. The baked goods are brought in by an outside group but they are absolutely mouth watering.

The shop itself is super cozy and I love all the plants and seating options. Really cool coffee shop.

We were exploring CT and searched "good coffee near me" for a midday pick me up, and this did not disappoint! The coffee was great, easily customizable with the perfect amount of flavor, not too much syrup like many shops add. The person working there was so friendly and talkative, it was overall a great experience!

Cream is everything I was hoping it would be! The shop itself is super cute. I loved the decor and could see settling in with a good book or a laptop for an afternoon. The coffee was good, we tried a variety of lattes and my son got a cortado that was really good (nice and strong!). They feature Craftsman Cliff Roasters, right down the road from them. The staff was awesome! I got a moment to talk with the owner. She is the coolest and I can tell she has a passion for her business. The employees were all so nice and pleasant to talk to. The hours are short but I understand why with a small business. Here's hoping they're able to expand their shop hours, but I'll definitely be back when I can!

When we are in Norwich, we always make a stop here even if we don't need a coffee. The affordability is off the charts! For real, their pricing is the best you will ever find in New England for a handcrafted, housemade syrup, 16oz iced latte. 4 bucks! I repeat, 4 bucks! The owners are gracious and kind to their community. They will NOT squeeze every penny out of you.

You probably already know this from other reviews but there is free whipped cream on the condiment station as well.

This is only my second time visiting, and I am absolutely and completely satisfied with everything.

The music and atmosphere always has a chill vibe which immediately calmed some of my stress walking in today.

They use Craftsman Cliff coffee and espresso, which is 10 times better quality you will get from anywhere else in a 5 mile radius.

The staff was lovely and kind, and also incredibly polite to a very chatty and long-winded customer that was before me. I have a lot of respect for young service workers who hold space and have patience for socially unaware/awkward folks.

I was completely exhausted today and could not decide a flavor for myself. When I asked them for suggestions, they were kind and open, not at all impatient or annoyed.

TLDR; The prices are less expensive than the chain corporations in town, the quality is better, and the staff are kinder.

Cream Coffee in Norwich, CT is excellent customer service with a smile. 😊 Vibrant, fun decor and outdoor seating. The lady at the post office recommended this place to me. They have a great range of hot and cold beverages, coffee, cake, pastries, sandwiches, and ramen. Also they have free Wi-Fi for their customers. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Small local coffee shop with some basic pastry and snack options. Infinitely better quality drinks than the chain stores in the area, and the staff is amazing. Small seating area inside and the town typically builds an additional seating area streetside outside during the summer.

Cream Coffee LLC is an experience in old-timey, friendly service with a modern, upbeat vibe and design. The staff and service are only surpassed by their exceptional coffee and tea offerings, which are locally sourced. They also offer delectable baked goods and pastries that are locally sourced as well. If you're a local and haven't tried Cream you NEED to go check it out. 10/10!

Trisha and her coworkers are exceptional; they make you feel at home with their professional service and delicious desserts, among the best in New England county. I went in and asked for a ice caramel latte they told me they didn’t have caramel so I got a ice mocha latte instead something I never get. The barista told me he would make sure it tasted extra amazing and let me tell you it was the best thing I ever drank! Must go here⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time I went here I was so surprised on how good the service was and the creative menu five stars. Now it is my new favorite coffee place. Bye-Bye Dunkin donuts hello cream coffee! lol definitely recommend

After Craftsman Cliff closed their doors to the public, Norwich was in need for a coffee shop and CREAM delivered! I go everyday after dropping the kids off at school and to see where they’re going is nothing short of amazing. It’s like a community meeting spot where everyone is welcomed.

We are from out of town and were driving through Norwich. Came across this coffee shop. I’m always a little nervous about trying new coffee shops because I’m very particular about what I think makes a good coffee. I like flavored coffee but don’t want the coffee too watered down or overpowered by the flavors. The coffee here tasted perfect! Plus Fresh made flavored whipped cream was Heaven. The service was excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If we lived here this would be a regular spot for us for sure.

Awesome place, warm and cozy modern-designed atmosphere, comfy seating, great coffee made from locally sourced beans (right down the street!), delish tea, scrumptious pastries and other goods from a local bakery, amazing and friendly customer service, and superhero-like owners that are also nurses as well as veterans! What’s not to love here?

I come here for a variety of reasons. I come here to write on my laptop. The Wi-Fi is pretty fast. I come to meet friends. I come to hang out by myself with a book. The coffee is always great and the staff is super friendly. There is accessible parking. The prices are pretty fair, too.

Staff is so friendly and inviting, it feels like old friends. Coffee was very good! Interior is well decorated and fun. Definitely will come back.

They sell different types of coffee there as well. Like Vietnamese coffee. Delicious!!! Might give Starbucks a run for their money lol.
