This location is hardly ever out of stock, when they are they have a real idea of when it's coming AND when they order something for you it shows up in a reasonable amount of time or they call you and let you know why. Everyone is really nice and helpful -no snippity, noses-in-the-air here!

Always so helpful whenever I come to this location! I had a great experience there today. Couldn't ask for better service!

Changed my 5 stars to 2 stars..... A couple months ago i came here & the blonde lady who works here now (i think she may be the manager) was completely and unnecessarily rude to me. Had a huge attitude with me when I asked if they carried a specific hair product. The people who used to work here were lovely. Now, they are not. Very disappointed.

The few times I have been to this store the employees aren't aware of the sales nor do they care to help figure out ways to make your experience better. After conversations with the manager about my experience and placing a special order with the sale pricing I initially came in for, I never received a phone call about my order coming in... (it took over a month after I ordered it) the manager has gone back on her word and is wanting to charge me the full price. I will not be going to the store ever again. There are plenty of other supply stores to go to.
