The Cleaning Authority came out to the house and gave us a quote. They listened to our needs. I called two other companies in the area, but they only gave quotes over the phone. The professionalism exhibited by the Cleaning Authority gave them the edge for me. We just had our first cleaning. I am very impressed with the two people who cleaned the house. We have been customers for 3 years and have always been satisfied with the services to our home. Our regular cleaner is Michelle from Team 5 and she is amazing! She is very friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. We also like that we get reminders of upcoming cleans, just in case we need to cancel or reschedule (which is very easy to do). Their customer service is great, and we will happily continue to use them.

The true character of a business is measured when they can take a critique, respond, make all efforts to correct, and then request continued feedback. As someone who has worked a few years in customer service, I'm often hesitant to critique others because you never know who is having an off day, who made an honest mistake, or who may have given their all and just missed my expectations.

When our son arrived 11 weeks early this fall, all bets were off. We were in survival mode, living hour to hour, and simply holding our breath. Thankfully, our son was able to come home about 2 months ago. It has been quite the experience as our son is still in need of many extra cares. I can keep on top of basic cleans, but there is truly no way to deep clean this home and properly meet our son's needs right now. After hiring The Cleaning Authority, we had a couple cleanings that fell far short of our expectations, so I decided to say something.

I have to give a shout out to Team 4 - Liz, Ivey, and Kim - as they came in today ready to make sure all expectations were met. They validated my concerns, made sure to address them, checked in with me to make sure my expectations were met, and then still graciously thanked us for our business. I would feel blessed to have this team return to our home in the future. Thank you for this weight off my shoulders!

It's a wonderful feeling when I return home after a scheduled cleaning. My house is spotless. Everything is wiped down and dusted and smelling fresh. I always leave a fresh set of linen and I come home to a nicely made bed. Newark Cleaning Authority you rock.
