I had the absolute BEST massage with Zyaell at Essential Escape Spa!!! She was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and made my experience perfect. I cannot wait to go back to Zyaell and HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! I have gotten a lot of massages over the years and I would rate this as one of the best ones. Thank you, Zyaell!!!!! Essential escape is located in Avon and has the most relaxing atmosphere. Run, don’t walk, for a wonderful spa experience!!

Absolutely amazing experience!! I was able to get a last minute appointment and felt so much better after tweaking my back, it is clean, professional, and incredibly comfortable. Melissa was very knowledgeable and got out more tension than I thought possible, I’m going to be sore tomorrow but it will be worth it!

Essential escape is the best. I used to go to the Strongsville location but now go to this Avon location. What I love is that I get the full time of my service. 60 min is 60 min not 50 like other places. Plus the use of warm towels and hot stones is awesome. I have tried to find an equivalent elsewhere but it doesn't exist.
Jazmine specifically rocks at this location. I get a therapeutic massage and I feel like I'm making progress with my knots and pains. Seriously this place is great!

I went in today to get a facial, but I was not able to complete the service due to being so far along in my pregnancy. Sami was so incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about how well I was treated in my short time there. I’m looking forward to going back in to see her once my little guy is here!

To start, this Avon location is gorgeous! The minute you walk in, you begin to feel relaxed. Everyone that works here is so nice and professional, which made me even more excited for my massage. I had Kaylee as my therapist, and she was perfect. She listened to my areas of concern and did an amazing job not only with my massage, but with making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be booking here again soon!

Highly recommended! I took my husband as a birthday gift, and loved every second! The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms and decor are beautiful and very welcome! The staff is just as awesome, both ladies we had were very nice and overall highly recommended and can’t wait to go back!!

I had my first massage with Jazmine. She was highly professional and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend her to my friends! The place was very clean and you get a sense of comfort and class. The massage room was nice, clean and the bed was amazing. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to relax. My husband and I had a couples deep tissue massage with hot stones done by Jazmine and Kaylee. It was AMAZING! The entire 60-90 minutes was full hands on and worked out all the places I asked specifically to target. For this being my first full body massage, I was beyond happy with my experience and very comfortable throughout the entire massage. I will definitely be going here again and recommending them to all of my friends and family!

I'll start off by saying the place in Avon is beautiful. Its very warm and inviting, even the rest rooms are immaculate and decorated very tastefully. The owner gave me my massage and she did not disappoint. Lots of attention to detail on troubled areas and she really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my massage. I will definitely be back again soon.

I highly recommend! Deanna provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. All of the staff are extremely professional. The treatment rooms and restrooms are beautiful and meticulously clean. I appreciate the detail from the hot towels to the relaxing music. An extremely serene, welcoming, comfortable, modern atmosphere without feeling the slightest bit pretentious. Booking online was a super convenient plus!

From making the appointment to exiting the building, Essential Escape Massage exceeded any expectations that I had. I requested two couples massages on short notice and the staff went beyond to accommodate. The spa is very aesthetic and extremely clean. The massages melted months of stress away. My masseuse was very attentive and overall professional. I think this spa is AMAZING!!

My husband and I each had 90 minute massages and from start to finish the experience was amazing. We have had many massages and both agree that our masseuses Deanna and Jazmine both gave the best we’ve had! Hot stones, hot towels and aromatherapy with oils of your choice were some highlights of the experience. We both so feel relaxed and refreshed. So happy to have found this gem and we can’t wait to return.

I just had surgery on 12/15 and I will tell you that a massage at Essential Escape is the best pain medicine available. I had Kaylee and she was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and her hands are a gift from God. The place is clean and relaxing and I was able to schedule my massage easily. Also, I had zero issues trying to get someone to answer the phone. Best massage ever if I could rate 6 stars I would!! Thank you and a special thanks to Kaylee!

I definitely recommend going to Essential Escape Avon. Kaitie gave me the best massage I have ever received. She was professional and thorough. She worked on all my problem areas I mentioned while still giving me a relaxing, full body massage. That was the most relaxed I have ever been. I will most definitely be returning to see her as soon as possible!!!

Had my first massage here this afternoon with kaylee. I have to say, it was probably one of the best I have had in a long time. She went above and beyond trying to get all the tension/knots out of my neck and back, which was much needed (especially being a nurse and that being where I carry all the stress from my job—both physical and mental) I for sure will be going back here. The pricing is very fair too, and definitely worth the cost (paying for a quality massage
