Went in for my first haircut in a long time and my first ever highlights recently and I have never been happier with my hair!! Melanie was my stylist and she was meticulous and talented- I cannot recommend her enough. Great salon with amazing talent ♥♥♥

Charles Scott Salon and Spa in Avon is amazing. Melanie is always so amazing with my hair. I’m not much of a talker and I never feel like I have to continually talk while she’s doing her thing. And it always turns out exactly how I picture it!

Charles Scott Salons and Spas West is a beautiful establishment. I couldn’t be happier with my hair stylist Katie. She is easy to talk to and sooo talented! Katie takes the time to listen to what you want and goes out of her way to give you what you want and need. I have a very sensitive scalp. Katie was very gentle, making sure to inquire as to whether I was comfortable. I have long course hair and I’m amazed at the beautiful layers and highlights she gives me every time. I get compliments on my hair all the time (from men and women) I’m 62 yrs old and I have never felt more beautiful. Katie is AMAZING!!! I will never go to anyone but Katie!

I always have an amazing experience on every appointment with Pete Packard. Not only does he use the best line of products; Pete is also extremely knowledgeable, shoots from the hip, honest and has a kind demeanor. He continuously demonstrates why I keep coming back. Goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I love my hair and have received so many compliments. I trust Pete Packard implicitly with all of my hair needs. When you want the best... You go to the best! The ladies from start to finish have fabulous personalities, friendly and it feels like you are home away from home. I had an excellent hairdresser for my first visit at this location. She made my hair beautiful again! She was very polite, professional, and most importantly highly skilled at her craft. Thank you, Keri.

I saw the nail tech, Danielle at the Avon location. She was phenomenal. I did the gel x and was in between acrylic and the gel x. We talked through pros and cons of both, she was able to replicate the image I showed her perfectly and even had the terracota color I was hoping for to match my bridesmaid dress. HIGHLY recommend. She was so kind, funny, and really listened to me.

Also, I have been going to Sara Beth for eyebrows. She does a phenomenal job every time. Even remembers what we previously talked about during our visits. She's the only person I trust now for my brows.

Michelle is AMAZING! My mani-pedi experience today exceeded my expectations! I have truly never had a pedicure this good, she even ended it with the BEST leg and foot massage. Michelle has great attention to detail and painted the most perfect hearts on every single one of my nails for my mani! Needless to say, go see her ~ you won’t be disappointed!

First time client and I had a very nice experience. Kevin was my stylist, and I had a cut and color. Listened to me during consultation, didn't overly chitchat, products all smelled nice, shampoo bowls were great on my neck, ambiance was nice without being over the top, and prices were good. Have recommended to my sister, and will go again.

Bailey did a terrific job with my color and cut and was flexible with my last-minute rescheduling because of my crazy schedule. I highly recommend her.

So happy I finally found my nail girl! Moved back into the area and tried several places but Danee at Charles Scott, Avon is THE BEST. I love her attention to detail. She is very personable and wants you to have an amazing experience. I’m so happy that she is experienced in Dip Manicures. I’ve gone to Danee for several months and I can say with confidence that I found my nail girl, and what a bonus that she does Dip nails!

I saw Loretta and she was wonderful. She listened to me, and did exactly what I was looking for. I’ll be back. ❤

it's a little more expensive here than your average nail salon, but i'm more than willing to pay more for the great service. i've had at least ten manicures/pedicures here and have been happy every time. everyone that they hire to do nails is very well-trained and focused on cleanliness.

i do wish they did more cuticle work here for manicures (i feel like cheaper nail salons always focus more time on my cuticles), but that's really my only complaint. my manicures still last a long time and i love that they use a brand new package of tools for every single person + they seem to deep clean the pedicure tubs really well.

I was looking for a new nail place and I thought I would check out Charles Scott. I was not disappointed. Danielle did an amazing job on my nails. They are absolutely gorgeous and I received many compliments. I am looking forward to returning for regular nail care as well as other services they offer. I also want to comment on staff that helped me schedule the appointment and answered questions about their wide variety of services.

I have been going here for years! Every time I visit , they are so professional. Keri is the BEST! She always listens and helps make the best choice when I feel uncertain on how to color my hair. You get what you pay for !

Fabulous salon! I've been with Charles Scott for about a decade, even sticking with them after they moved.

Their spot in Avon is so much nicer than Crocker Park. There's always close parking. They have a well lit and open parking lot that they share with other businesses on a busy corner.

The building itself is brand new and gorgeous! You just feel comfortable here from the minute you pull in till the minute you leave.

Kevin is my hair dresser, and he is amazing! He helped rebuild my completely destroyed hair from bleaching it myself during the pandemic. He cut all the ends of and still made my supe short hair look good!

He gets my hair snow white every time while still keeping it soft! He always offers me something to drink and has the best manners.

Get the service you want, at a fair price, and feel the stress start melting from the second you pull in!

Came to the new Charles Scott in Avon. I had a lovely time. I had a facial and a mani/pedi from a wonderful nail tech named (Elis?)

Lucy was recommended to me by a friend. She was so friendly and did an excellent job on my nails which I had done for our daughter’s wedding. My nails lasted and lasted. Would definitely go see her again!
