This location always has really fast service. And the design of the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Always very friendly staff as well.

I see a lot of Karens complain about this place and getting upset over mistakes their staff consists of a lot of teenagers that are human NOT robots. Please learn how to act.

They have his lightly carbonated berry drink that is very good . And a coffe roll nuff said

The dunkin in drums is amazing. Never had an issue. The one on church street by McDonald's make sure you check your order before you leave sometimes they screw up the coffee order. Other then that staff is friendly.

Everything is ready by the time I get there while ordering on the app. The service is fast and efficient. Very delicious drinks and food. Staff is friendly even under pressure

Delicious pumpkin iced coffee today, and a fresh pumpkin donut. A short wait, but worth it. Still harder to get in and out of this location than the other Hazleton DD, but good drinks and food service.

We ordered from the app. I messed up and went inside instead of through the drive thru. Even though I made a couple of mistakes, the staff was kind and accommodating. Plus my drink was delicious.

The people who were there when I was in were very helpful and joyful. Helped me out with answering my questions on when the coffee shipment was coming in. When the coffee was on sale there wasn't any that I drink. The manager told me when it came in I would still get the sale price.

They work hard at this Dunkin location on Route 309. It must be one of the busiest. Food is good, too!! It's just not for coffee and donuts anymore. Love the breakfast menu!

I frequent DD several times a week when I can and almost always order a large iced latte (no sugar or whipped cream). One of the pleasures of this particular DD is Justine. She makes an excellent latte and always gives pleasant service. Thanks!

Super amazing staff! I spilled my coffee all over the counter when she gave it to me and they were quick to help clean it up and the young girl at the register was so sweet and made me a new one so fast!

Accurate order and friendly service

I used to go to this store all the time with my kids but today was special..
I thought I had enough cash for some donuts and coffee but I was short so I tried to pay with 100 bill and they don't take high bills so the manager tells me that my order was on her today she was so nice and kind thanks so much....

It's Dunkin. The topping had a bit of mild cherry flavor. Last one they had n thats a good thing. 👍
