La Dolce Casa - DiMaggio's

Three of us visited for the first time today. It was a fantastic experience. It’s Feb 10th and Christmas decorations were still up-which is what we were hoping to see. The service was friendly, and the food was fantastic. I’m following KETO at the moment, and they had a cauliflower crust pizza that was incredibly flavorful. We drove 40 minutes to get there, and it was definitely worth it. It was a great experience. And we didn’t have any wait when we arrived around 2 on a Saturday.

My wife and I loved this place. The food was so good we had our leftovers for dinner as we didn't want them to go to waste. I had Chicken Marsala which was delicious. My wife had Chicken Parm which she thought was great. Check it out for yourself. Should point out we went right after Christmas so don't know if decorations are still there or not.

Upon arrival we were told it would be approximately 30 minutes for our table for 2, we waited only 15 minutes then we were called for our table, we were in awe as we walked into the building. A Christmas wonderland. So many lights and decorations it was magical. We were seated in a room with many icicle lights hanging from the ceiling. The restaurant was very busy, it was a bit until they took our order. They brought us some garlic knots that were fresh from the oven and very delicious. Our food came about 1/2 hour after we ordered, our food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the lasagna, it was the best lasagna I have ever had, had to take 1/2 of it home.
My husband ordered a Stromboli that was so big we took 3/4 of it home.

Wait staff was super friendly and was wonderful! Holiday Decor was gorgeous! Food was delicious with big portions.. Price was approx $20 per person. I had the chicken Parmesan and my husband had the Lasagna. Our entrees came with bread and a tossed salad . The salad was fresh and large! It included tomatoes, cukes peppers and onions. They also give you garlic knots when you are seated. The pictures don't show how lovely the restaurant truly is!

The food was delicious, service was delightful, and atmosphere was breathtaking with all the Christmas decorations. Very thankful that the decorations were still up since our schedules before Christmas did not allow us to visit this fine establishment. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The service was excellent. Our party ordered linguine with fresh clams..chicken parm. ...rigatoni eggplant..a pickle pizza. All dinners were fresh and delicious.Huge salads and a bread basket with marinara sauce included. Great beer and wine selection too. We hope to return again soon. The desserts looked fabulous..hope to try next time.

Despite the crowds of people showing up because of the holiday lights/display, the staff was doing an amazing job. They must be exhausted, but were in good spirits. The displays are wonderful, food was very good (large portions). You could overhear people talking about traveling an hour or so to come and visit.

We came for a holiday dinner. The Christmas decorations were incredible! The food was outstanding, and the service stood up to everything else. We had a cheese pizza, Gigis Pasta, veal parm, penne vodka with shrimp, and mozzarella sticks. All of the flavors of each dish were incredible, everything was super fresh and delicate. We took cannolis home and they were equally amazing! It was about an hour drive for us but we will certainly be back!

What a great restaurant! The food portions are incredibly large. So if you go there, make sure your PLENTY hungry!! They offer many varieties of pizza and believe me, it's ALL good. The burgers are huge and the pasta dishes are ridiculously delicious and in large portions. The wait staff was very busy, as it was lunchtime, but extremely friendly. The atmosphere was very comfortable and EXTREMELY CLEAN, right down to the bathroom facilities.
They cook orders fresh. So if you want yours "yesterday" because you go in starving, don't be rude! The food is worth the wait. Don't forget to be generous to the servers/staff... I witnessed them clean down not just the tables but the chairs as well, very throughly, after patrons left. They also bus the tables too. So yeah, they are "busting hump" so your experience is a memorable one here. Truly a gem in Tamaqua, Pa. Go hungry, come home with plenty of extras ! ☆☆☆☆☆• 5 Stars on this restaurant treasure folks!!!

First time here. The atmosphere is wonderful. Beautifully decorated! Food was delicious and plentiful. You will have leftovers. Our server was Bethany. She explained the menu offerings and helped us make excellent choices. A lovely lady!

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant in Tamaqua yesterday. Everything about our experience was awesome. The atmosphere was very cool. The server was wonderful. The food was excellent. We even got to meet the owner! Parking is probably the only thing that is not great. This place is definitely worth the trip.

Great food, great service from Mike, and an especially exceptional atmosphere at Christmas, with literally every inch of the place decorated for Christmas.

Decorated very nice for the holidays. Lori was a fantastic waitress. Our order was accurately filled, drinks promptly refilled and overall just a nice pleasant person. The owner even stopped by the table to ask how everything was going. Stop by for some fantastic pasta or a delicious sandwich on homemade bread.

Where to begin u need to go and see the beautiful decorations for Christmas, the staff from the owner to the buspeople are friendly and on point. And last but not least, the food is always delicious w generous portions and reasonably priced. Buon Natale!

We were in Tamaqua for one night and wanted to go to the Station for dinner but they were full so we ended up at La Dolce Casa DiMaggio's. Definitely a happy accident! Lasagna was really good but their Penne Bolognese was absolutely delicious!! Huge portions, too. We also had blackberry margaritas and they were so good we ordered another round. Delicious food and super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Liz the server was excellent! She was very attentive to all of our needs.
The atmosphere was fun as it was still lit up for the holidays.
The sale was excellent as were the crab cakes. Th marinara sauce is a little too sweet for my taste.

Five friends went for lunch. It was packed but we were seated within 15 minutes. Had a drink at the bar while we waited. Server was there fast ordered drinks then ordered lunch. Food served to everyone at the same time and order was perfect. Plan on bringing some home. Portions are nice size. We forgot the brushetta and our server chased us down outside and made the delivery. Can't wait to visit again.
