Great pricing and wonderful staff. We’ve been going here for years and they do really well every time. They do a beautifully with making sure the car is in tip top shape.

The team was friendly, they were professional and the best thing is that they never assume anything. They will stop working and come share insights with you and offer you options before continuing. I love that because how many times have you gone somewhere and they do the work and a month later you have a problem. First thing I ask is, "why didn't they tell me when I was here last time?" This team gets it right!

My family and I were driving home to Michigan when we hit a piece of debris that flattened two of our tires at once. It was a Saturday afternoon. We contacted this shop and Kyle and the rest of the staff took great care of us and our car. They happened to have two of the tires that we needed, and despite the tow truck dropping us off with less than an hour before close, they got our car all set and even stayed a little late to do so. Our German Shepherd was traveling with us, and they let us bring her into the waiting area without any issue. We’re very thankful to Kyle, Christopher and the rest of the team for taking such great care of us!

Last time I was here, August of 2022, my service went smooth. No issues when getting the vehicle inspected. Pricing was about average. Probably gonna continue going through Firestone for future inspections.

Walked in, needed an oil change and had a brake light out. Rachel was great! Very helpful. Took my car right away. Great price too! Definitely coming back!

I think it doesn't matter which Firestone you go to they all seem pretty chill. Typically about one or two people in the front very knowledgeable with everything car related. They get you in and out depending on the service.

I always purchase my tires from firestone in Hazleton, Pa And I always get the road hazard. I used it many times with my tires n they fixed it at no charge.
I had Rachel a few times now, Always cheerful and knowing my concern.

I moved to the area 6 years ago and got my 1st oil change here not long after...and here I sit today, 6 years later, getting my oil changed once again. I also bought 4 tires here and a year later ran over a nail and they replaced my tire on the spot. I've had my tires rotated here, alignment and inspection done here as well and they are always accommodating and courteous and I've always been pleased with all aspects of service here. Highly recommend!

We’ve been going to it for years! The staff are friendly and competent. We drive a lot, so we always need oil changes and tire care. They always check our car before we leave and make recommendations but never over-sell.

Chris, Rachael and Mike are three of my favorite people there, they are patient, helpful and caring we love them!

They repaired a leaking tire....it was a screw that I picked up a couple of days ago. They also did tire rotation to my Bridgestones. And I had a four wheel alignment. My work was done in 1 hour 7 minutes. Very timely. I was quite surprised because they were understaffed for the morning. I really like this place for their service and great staff. I recommend Hazleton Firestone.
