Panera Bread

We go on Sunday after church. Panera's food is tasty and borderline healthy. This one is between the "S" brand coffee and a well-known breakfast chain. Panera is the only one you don't have to wait for. Coffee is very good, food is fresh, for a relaxing morning meal.

I’d have to say by far Panera Bread gives the best care to their customers! Especially for how fast and well prepared they make each meal! Even without being involved with a subscription I’ve always been treated kindly! If your placing a delivery through the app and you don’t receive an item I can assure you that it is not Paneras fault however it’s the curl door dashers out there that have no respect for customer service! I was very blessed to be able to speak with the manger of the North Port location, Tim Robinson which then he went out of his way to make sure my inconvenience was resolved. Tim carry’s himself very well and just by listening I could tell that he truly cares about not only his company but his customers as well! Panera is absolutely phenomenal and if your looking for a good meal always stop in the store! For all the stay at home loves don’t let the door dashers make you think otherwise of Panera because they truly work hard to make sure every meal is prepared and ready!

The food is always great here but I had an experience that was truly amazing. Right after I finished placing my order in the drive through my car broke down right there IN the Drive-Thru. I was very upset and concerned that I was blocking traffic but the manager came out immediately and tried to correct the problem with my car but the car was dead. But the manager went above and beyond because he popped the hood further trying to repair the problem. In the truck behind me was apparently a regular customer, the man got out of his truck and actually pushed the car the whole way through the drive-thru into a parking space while the manager steered the car, because there wasn't any power steering at that point. I just have to say the manager and the customer took a situation that was so stressful to me and turned it completely around by their kindness and generosity. Not once did the manager complain that I was blocking traffic he just sprung into action, immediately handled the situation with a smile and kindness. And by the way the girl who had taken my order was also so very kind and assured me that everything was okay. These three people really made my day. Exceptional people like this deserve to be recognized.

The computer system went down right when I placed my online order. When I arrived my order was late coming up. When asked the manager they had lost my order. But the polite and respectable attitude from the manager and the way buisness was conducted is what earns this 5 star review. Even with multiple people missing orders staff stayed calm and collected.

I really enjoy the lunch combo options. It's a bit pricey for what you get, but it is always good. We use the self service kiosk when we go. It is very efficient and easy to use. Hardly ever have to wait for more than five minutes to receive our food. It's always busy, but the floors are regularly littered with debris and tables aren't usually wiped off in a timely manner.

There was a new trainee on the register that made a few small errors putting in our meal. No biggie, it happens. The manager Jamal handled the situation EXCELLENTLY. He made it a great environment, very personable. Couldn’t be happier!

I had a delicious steak sandwich and squash soup. People are friendly

Fast food but delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffees.

Amazing service, I went to grab lunch at this location only to find that my bank had locked my card because I just moved down from Ohio. I had to call my bank twice to unlock my card after it kept declining, and when I finally went to pay the amazing staff had already made my food and gave it to me for free. My order was fresh and perfect, and they made a stressful situation so much brighter with their kindness. I will definitely be returning here on the future.

My son& I were in the North port Panera last night well he is potty training 3 yrs old mommas can relate! And well I had just been at the dentist& received oral surgery I was starving hadn't eaten in like 2 days & was in need of some of their delicious soup & Mac n cheese! But In the middle of eating my son had a potty accident all of the floor so we had to go to the car to get cleaned up& on the way outside just randomly got poured on so we Sat in the car for 10 mins -came back in the manager Michael saw this all& replaced my entire order for no charge! Just BECAUSE it was the right thing to do by his customers & I am a loyal Panera customer he went above and beyond!! Thank you Michael & the Panera staff you all do great work 😁

Have been going in every day to get my free bagel for the month of December. I have to admit the store is spectacular having the latest of all the Technologies . The order your own food kiosks as well as the traditional ordering from a person in front of the register . I do notice that they do not keep Bagels on hand for the entire days needs, possibly because they are fulfilling a lot of free Bagels a day with your membership rewards card offers. But otherwise the people are friendly the service is fast and efficient. I highly recommend this establishment and the bagels are too die for.

Stayed in NorthPort for two weeks and ordered Rapid Pick up at least 4 times. It says it'll be ready in 8 minutes and it was. I never had to wait!! But I will mention that I've never seen a shopping plaza so busy in my life... I HIGHLY recommend ordering online before you get there even if you want to sit down and eat.

Delicious food, and very friendly staff. I use the rapid pickup from time to time, and it's always made perfectly. Special thank-you to manager Michael for making sure my order was right. Always my go-to Panera in my area.

What can I say about Panera bread? Consistent solid this is good food always. not always the very best service I can tell you that from experience. I've gone to all of them and they seem to suffer from the same problem. Too many customers not enough help. Or maybe not just managed well enough. Food is great staff is friendly but just inundated with work
