I love the customer service team. I walk in and someone asked if they can help me. I tell them what I am looking for and they immediately take me to that section and then assisted me in how to secure the item I had purchased. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Local store usually has what I need and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

I came here to print CV’s for job hunting and they helped me amazingly well, just with using my flash drive😃 and using resume paper

Later 2 days ago I had realized I had lost my flash drive with all my important job application docs. 😭

I called, came in, and Zach looked everywhere for it. We even went through their flash drive lost and found and tried 15 flash drives that looked like it, one by one, for 30 minutes

I later found it in my shirt pocket. 🤷‍♂🤦‍♂

Came here to ship out a return through FedEx, and the employee, Alfred made my experience nothing short of fantastic. He immediately greeted me at the desk and walked me through the print and return process. I wish every business had somebody like Alfred!

Excellent service. The young name at the counter, David, helped me with my shipping label after having a very uncomfortable experience at UPS. He was great!! I'll def go there next time for all my shipping needs. Don't bother with UPS at this mall, go straight here. They will assist you in a professional manner.

I called & they gave me a price for funeral cards. They put my sons pic on the front of high quality paper, thick, then the dates un dear his pic & inside put a poem that I wrote, folded it & they were beautiful. The funeral home was going to charge me $1 a card for flimsy paper and not as personnel! Depot put on whole sheets, so bigger, great placement of the pic & poem inside. A very professional job done and charged me $.17 a piece. That's $11.90 for 70!! Amazing, I will use them from now on! Dylan was my guy & all the people there were great@ helping me. With a last minute trade show entry, finding promotional products is impossible. Literally. So out team put our heads together to be creative. Problem solved one would think. Biggest issue is branding. The staff, Donna and Marty, knocking it out the park for us. Dove right in, gave us our options and suggestions on execution. Not only were they professional and helpful but they delivered. Wow, cannot thank them enough. A++++++ thank you, thank you, thank you.

Smaller OD, but great store. I do art and go in to get prints made. Some stores have problems understanding what I want, but not this one! I think her name was Pat, she did it the fastest and easiest I've ever had printouts made, and precisely right! Thanks!

Helpful and friendly staff for printing and in store services. Good inventory, I can usually find ink and other needed office/craft supplies.
