Bek has been so helpful throughout our whole experience. We’ve had to get a ton of paint and she has made excellent recommendations and always went out of her way to make it easy for us. The whole team at this store has been really helpful and friendly, it’s made the many trips I’ve taken in there very pleasant.

We were so impressed with Brandon, the manager. He enthusiastically helped us choose every detail needed for our painting project. It’s clear he loves what he does and has an immense amount of knowledge to share. A++ customer service and great experience!

If you ever have any questions, go talk to Brandon, he is the best! His tips and advice have been beyond helpful. Ive painted the exterior of my house, every room, and stained my deck with paint from the store. You get what you pay for, and they are honest and professional! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Very helpful staff and very well stocked for as small as it is. If you've never used Benjamin Moore paints before, do yourself a favor and ask the rings end team to help you make a selection. You won't regret it.

Excellent place to buy paint and window treatments. If you are looking for a custom paint color, this is the place to go. If they can't do it here, then good luck finding it elsewhere. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is also a healthy variety of associated items for your painting needs. This was Danbury store I visited. They have several other locations to choose from also.

Speaking as a customer who is not very knowledgeable in home improvement matters, Rings End Danbury was the perfect place for me. The staff was helpful and friendly and helped build my confidence with a project about which I knew little. This is my new go-to home supply place.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Asked if i needed help...already had paint colors picked out. Was in and out within 15 minutes. If i was at big box store i would not have even gotten to paint section in 15 minutes (let alone find help)
Other customers in store were actual painters by profession. Tells you something right there.
Employees friendly, helpful, professional, insisted on carrying paint out to my car .
They keep your purchases in their system, so when you forget color, etc (which i most likely will) but need more paint- they punch in your name everything you purchased is right there.
Yes...a little more expensive but less aggravation, time, frustration etc.

It's always a pleasure coming to this store. Everyone is always extremely helpful, informed and pleasant. I don't need paint often, but when I do I come to this Rings End.

The service is, and always has been unrivaled, especially in the paint department.
There were other paint suppliers in the area but, Ring's End just stomped them right out.
