I went in this location today to make an order for a family member in Virginia and the young lady I was dealing with was just learning but I love how the other 2 employees came out to assist her. This is very rare. I give them 5 stars 🌟 and all 👍🏻up for team work. Trust me I’ll be visiting again for my next order and I’m highly recommending this store.

The Okeechobee location is under new ownership and my last visit a week ago was amazing, I walked in with no prior order and something I needed asap and they took care of me in a timely manner provided great customer service.

This location is under new ownership and management. We do apologize about everyone previous experience and we want to make all right. As the Manager of this location please feel free to call or stop in anytime Mon-Fri so that we can fix the bloopers of the past (with reason). Happy customers are the key to making a buisness run right.

I just received the greatest customer service that I've ever had! The young lady Heather R was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I waited till the last minute to get my wife something but she made it less stressful and easy for me. Thank you so much again and keep up the good work.

The front staff was super friendly and helpful over the phone when I placed my order. They helped me sign up for offers and discounts. My order was ready within an hour. The fruit is fresh and very tasty. The smoothies are great as well! First time ordering from here but it won’t be my last.

Amazing people, spoke with Jermaine and he was amazing. Having a nee baby and wanted to set my wife a edible arrangement to show her my love. She loved it, thank you soo much jermaine you made her day!

Hand down Germain took a late order and delivered it my grandparents and helped my grandpa jumpstart his truck, Now that truly service with a smile. Keep up the work guys!!!!

I wanted to due something for my parents on their 67th Anniversary they were spending alone in Florida. Due to Covid we could not fly to be with them. They were ordering In dinner so I decided to surprise them with a special dessert. Betsy was amazing!!! She was kind, caring, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I wanted to do, and she made it painless. My parents just LOVED their platter and balloons! They called me already eating a chocolate dipped strawberry!! Thank you Betsy! - couldn’t have done it without you!! This will be my go to gift going forward for many occasions throughout the year!!

Todd is " the man" to take your order and suggest things that are not online but exclusively in the store itself . He will expertly guide you to the very best gift within your budget and be sure it's delivered immediately after it is completed .
If people have had problems with service , that must be bc everyone is making fresh delicious orders to go out that day for a holiday . I've only had one not delivered in California !! Not this place - and Todd puts a personal touch on everything . His suggestions about when to deliver for the most use considering its perishables he's working with are invaluable ! Kudos!

Just want to praise Betsey & Keegan at the Okeechobee location. They were both so helpful & knowledgeable in helping me do my order to be delivered to Nokesville, Va. for my brother & sister-in-law 50th anniversary. Can't wait to hear from them after it is delivered.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I called when I got off work to have a box of chocolate dipped strawberries made and they had them ready within 15 minutes. They fulfilled my last minute request so quickly. Thank you!

OMG!! Samples samples samples!! Sweet and friendly!! I was here on Aug. 31st 2016. I needed a last minute gift and came in looking for something already made. The only bouquet ready was too big but Kelvin turned around and immediately offered to make something for me on the spot (true lifesaver). He helped me find the perfect gift and while I waited (15min) I got to sample a milk and white chocolate covered banana and the owner also offered me strawberries. Everyone was very nice! It's too bad other people have had not so great experiences here but I certainly got what I needed plus excellent costumer service! Oh and thanks Kelvin for the extra chocolate covered green apple on my way out! (my favorite!!)

was trying to find the perfect gift for my friend going through a tough time in her life, she needed cheering up and was so depressed, so decided to Order Edible Arrangements. She loved it, it really perked her up when she call me to let me know how happy it made her feel, So when you know someone is down this will certainly pepp them up.

Walked in, waited a little but they assisted me fast and were very helpful.

They did an amazing job....when something goes perfectly right I always want to give props where it’s due ...they did a great job dropped a package off emailed me when the package was there and it was exactly as described will not use any other location you guys are great. Schuyler you rock!!!

Very ripe and delicious! We were planning on picking the platter up, but the girl finished early and offered to deliver it to us on her way home. That was very nice.

This is by far the best Edible Arrangements. I have always been a fan of the company but this specific store goes above and beyond for their customers. The fruit is always extremely fresh and the staff incredibly accommodating. Steinger, Iscoe and Greene loves Edible Arrangements!!
