I have been going to this location for well over a decade. I have seen multiple managers move up and to different locations. I always receive great service here regardless of whether I call in or walk in. Employees always eager to help even if I am just looking around. Everytime I am in the store and someone walks in I always hear warm and friendly greetings. I will continue to frequent this location. Thanks everyone for your courteous and helpful services.

Been dealing with Phil since my 17 yr old was a boy and every store he has been at he has treated us with the utmost respect to a fact that we consider him a friend and not just a worker at a store (even attended is wedding) because of him I’ve become acquainted with about every employee in the Winston are…they know me by name as I walk in the store. If anything video game related I need to know he is my go to guy. Even when we’re near a store that he’s at I have to stop in (even when games are not on the agenda) just to joke around. Love this store and forever a customer

I go to this store often and find it to be well stocked and the staff to be welcoming to all customers. The Manager and his staff are well informed and take time to engage with everyone and keep us up to date with offerings and games. Not all Gamestops are such a friendly environment for gamers.

Good stock - found a figure I had been looking for and snagged him! The store was very clean and organized. Alex was very helpful and I enjoyed chatting with him. Always had a good experience at this location even when I was much younger.

This is by far the best GameStop in Winston-Salem. The staff is always friendly and the manager Phil always goes above and beyond whenever I need help or suggestions. I hate going to the mall but I make an exception if I need to go to a GameStop. Shop here with confidence. Best GameStop in Winston.

Always helpful staff trying to get you the best bang for your buck. Decent selection. Knowledgeable staff. The gamestop pro membership or whatever has proven tricky, as I am having to merge 3 accounts because of not being able to change password or log into them, and recently purchased both the ps5 and Xbox series x. Still, not many other choices for games in a game store environment (I mean ordering online is a thing and Walmart or target, but the atmosphere there isn't very game oriented). The power up member ship does come in handy on website, as their inventory is enormous and the clearance/sale stuff is always being updated, as well as discount with pro membership gaining additional discounts.

Phil is an incredible manager. He is knowledgeable about the industry, company and always treats EVERYONE great.

Great staff! I wanted to buy a present for my boyfriend and didnt know how to pick which gaming headphones he would like. The girl there was so sweet and patient, even though they were close to closing. Thank you for helping me choose the best gift! She also offered me the warranty and explained how it worked. Very thorough!

Great customer service

Even though the gaming system we bought didn't work, the customer service was excellent! They went out of there way to take care of us and made us feel like valued customers. Will definitely return to that location for our gaming needs.

I went in today with a friend because she was looking for a game for her hubby. She got what she needed and I found this adorable Pikachu that's gonna be the perfect Christmas gift. The guys in there were so friendly, I highly recommend shopping there.
