I have traveled to this SC for close to a decade and I’ve never had a bad experience here.
The staff at this store are so helpful and informative. They always have great suggestions and the most recent updates. Always well stocked and clean. I live 45min/1hr away and never question if it’s worth the trip.

Nicest color store in Nashville. The people who work there are always helpful and friendly. It's easy to lose 5 or 10 minutes because they're so easy to talk to.

Kimberly and Harper saved me when I came in. I had a lot to get and it was overwhelming but they helped me go through and find everything I needed and made it super easy. Even checked for stuff in the back to see if they had it and they did! They were so nice and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help today. :)

Everytime I stop into this supply store, the same girl is working behind the counter. I can't think of her name, but she is the best! Her natural hair is always pulled back in a super cute poof, and done up with perfect makeup. She greets you when you walk in, then tells you about any awesome sales that are going on, and if she sees you looking at a product she can tell you everything about it. She's super well informed and knows her stuff! Not only is she great at her job, but last time I was there, I left my sunglasses at the register and she ran out into the parking lot and flagged me down to return them! I never write reviews, but everyone should know that this girl goes above and beyond! Great store, great staff.

The ladies in this store are very professional and friendly. Any questions I have they do not mind explaining/ answering it. They are very patient and kind. Definitely know there stuff when it comes to professional products. 5 star rating, if I could give a 10 star ratingI wpuld!!! I also would definitely recommend and will refer to other businesses professionals. Thanks so much!!!

For those that are not aware, the front door, that you have to open to enter, clearly states, for licensed professionals only. It is a courtesy that the door is unlocked. If you are not a professional hair stylist, why would you go in? Then to leave a nasty review...

The ladies here are friendly, well informed, and over all great! I visited from out of town but this would definitely be my store!

I do feel like this location try’s to do “short cuts” they do not want to type your phone number or email in when pulling up your account. I also tried to do a return today of something that I bought from 8th. She stated because I bought from 8th and this location has not had these trimmers in stock I need to take them to 8th. I asked if these items that have been used get put back on the shelf. She stated no, so I said then if someone returns they should all go back to the same salon centric place or returns? She than began to type the numbers into the computer from my receipt and took my return. Is it because you didn’t want to do the work? Is it because your store gets punished for returns? Regardless it shows that you didn’t care about my time. I stated I live between the 2 locations that’s why I go to either or. You should be able do help with whatever I need and I don’t get that at this location.

I was going to take a look inside and a lady was extremely rude and she said if I had a license for grooming and she yelled you need to leave and I said can’t I just take a look she replied no. I’d say 0 star for her attitude
