Starbucks

The two young ladies that were there this morning were phenomenal!!! The first young woman behind the register was so friendly and easy to talk to. Very polite while redirecting the customers into a straight line after some confusion. The other young woman making the drinks was also friendly and timely with getting it the beverages. I got a signature Caramel Frappuccino. I kid you not, this is the best one I've ever had. The ice was blended perfectly! I don't feel like I'm chewing on cubes of ice like other places. To some, that's the point of a frap, but for me, who typically takes all day to finish a cup, I know that my coffee will not taste watered down in 10-15 minutes. I would come here every day if I wasn't only passing through.

Stopped in for my daughter's 11th birthday so that they could do a viral drink challenge.

The barista was so accommodating and patient. She did such an amazing job!! Thank you for making the girls feel super special ☺

Stopped on a road trip. Ordered from app in the parking lot. Went inside, used restroom and my drink was done. The bathroom was clean! The barrista was friendly and prompt. Our drinks were prepared as requested. Two things of note - this location does not have a drive thru and the parking lot is small and one way in and out.

This Starbucks is a great location. The baristas were very kind, patient and made the experience that much better. I ordered a Iced Green Tea latte decaf and they let me know they didn't have decaf and double checked to make sure I was satisfied if they have to use regular coffee which was just fine with me. My plus one got the Iced cinnamon almond milk machiatto and both of us loved our drinks, very tasty. Great service, calm location and overall very good experience. I'll definitely be back!

Not all Starbucks are the same but the one in clemmons gets it right every time

The Barista was really friendly, the store was very clean, and the drink was made awesome as you can see in the picture. This place has a nice location to be right off the main highly traffic area in Winston-Salem. I am going to give this place a 5 Star rating... it's a must visit of you haven't yet!

Kinda smaller Lobby!! But everyone was super friendly Baristas, our huge order for a family of 5 was perfect. They listened to our order and everything came out on point. The barista I didn't catch her name (with purple hair) was super engaging and nice to have a conversation with.

I have an ongoing debate with myself regarding my Starbucks purchases. They aren't something that will land me on a random talk show or cause my spouse to leave me, but let's be honest, a Peppermint White Mocha is NOT a necessity. However, 15 minutes a few times a month, to transition from 'working-woman' to 'mom' and just not be responsible for something, is pretty damned beautiful. Go get some coffee.

I recently moved by this location and it is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is always nice, knowledgeable and provide quick service. They recently had a renovation and it is very modern now on the inside. Thank you staff for always being kind to me in the morning ❣

In town recently and stopped in for a quick coffee and to respond to emails. The store was clean and the entire team was very friendly and accommodating, even early on a Sunday morning.

The coffee is always perfect. Everything is a little pricey so my sister and I go here once or twice a month as a getaway or a treat! Something had to be going on with the staff as they weren't as happy and friendly as usual

We visit this location often because my daughter works nearby. They always have to-go orders ready a minute or two in advance and make sure that the orders are perfect and easy to transport.

Kudos to the morning team on 4/28/22. Went today, and while at first they were a little slow to take my order, they were super nice and friendly to me and my son. I left there not so much looking forward to drinking my coffee, but looking forward to coming back. That’s a great customer experience.

My wife and I have come here a few times and they have always been very polite as well as super helpful. The last time we were in the barista Eli was just over the top when it came to customer service. We were offered suggestions on drinks, asked about our day, and told about promotions. We will be coming back all the way from Lexington NC just for this level of service.

By far the friendliest group of people I’ve ever encountered walking into a Starbucks. Thank you Austin for taking my order and suggesting a new drink and for every other single person working that morning for interacting and being unbelievably kind and sincere.

Hey, it's another Starbucks! They are like kutzo, popping up everywhere 🙃. Service here was great, not busy at all, and order came out quick. Nice inviting environment to do some work in.
