I had ordered a black and gold controller with mouse click triggers and two extra back action buttons, but also told them that my hands tend to sweat during long game sessions. What I got couldn't have been better. For FPS and racing games it was exactly what I needed. The matte coating let me keep my grip on the controller even in the most sweaty moments. The controller itself looked amazing and was very responsive. The box it came in made sure it didn't move during shipping. They do a better job then most businesses I've used in the past.

Had nothing but great experiences with these guys every time I've ordered from them. I myself, know how to read the text on the website that clearly states shipping times, and I know how to read their "pre-designed" controller section. No where does it say "pre built" and half of these bad reviews are from people that just didn't pay attention. Pre designed means they came up with a cool design for the people that don't want to design their own, they still need to be built though, there are no "pre-builts" on their site. There's fast ship, which to my understanding are the more simple designs they can build quicker, but that's the gist of it. Never had an issue with a controller, shipping was always as stated, been great to me personally and I've been buying from them for two years. I love these controllers.

Extremely happy with my purchase, I came across Gamenetics by chance since I wanted a custom controller that had mouse click triggers and saw them online. So to the customers who are giving “bad” or 1 star reviews, I have this comment to make:
What people don’t realize is this company isn’t a manufacturer of these controllers that are built by machines. These are literally hand put together, custom made controllers that are built order by order. They are a small business with workers that are literally assembling each order, as well as having to test every controller that goes out. Keeping that in mind, the build times are going to be longer because these aren’t factory already pre-built products that you can get anywhere in a corporate store. That’s the great thing about it, because you’re getting a hand built custom design to your liking and specifications. There’s no one else out there doing it like this and as well as them, so people should take that into consideration and be more patient when it comes to order build & ship times. Plus I’m sure most people wait till last minute to order for the holidays anyways, and fail to read the build times for custom controller orders. Customers need to have more grace, because these guys are the real deal, and their employees have always been there and willing to help out whenever I’ve had any issues or questions about my controller.

Best controller I've ever had. I bought my Ps5 custom built controller with mouse click buttons and triggers over a year ago and it's still better than any brand new controller I've had from other companies. If you have a scuf, throw it away and go to Gamenectics website it'll be well worth it!

By far the best controller I’ve ever used, I’m a comp warzone player and have had multiple other companies controllers and I can tell you whole heartedly this place will give you the absolute most bang for your buck. Also, they have some of the nicest staff! I still recommend them to everybody who’s in a market for an affordable yet premium controller

Im from canada and its hella pricey to get them out here, but the team helped with shipping costs and made ot effortless to get my custom controller! It turned out sick! Love the detail and colors!

Great controllers and great customer service! I've had my controller for over a year and I've had no problems! Their modded options are the best on the market by far. The Gamenetics TikTok is also very entertaining and shows a lot of behind the scenes, which made me more secure in purchasing from them.

I got a custom ps5 with mouse clicks and back buttons and a customized ps5 with no mods for my little cousin and we both love them! we got them around christmas time and the mouse clicks and back buttons still feel good as new! my little cousin is pretty rough with the controller but even with all that its holding up great! definitely recommend!

I’ve used Elite Series 2 controller for years and now I have a Gamenetics controller, it’s the best 5 out 5.

Had a plain xbox controller for the longest time. Made the switch to a Gamenetics controller so worth it.
