Came here honestly because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint. Tony was very knowledgeable, non pushy and very patient with me trying bed to bed and back to the other bed!! Came in thinking I wouldn’t find a bed for my back pain and here I am leaving with a new bed. Would most definitely would recommend!

We met Bob Faison last year when we decided to get a new mattress. We were leaving for Florida and unable to purchase it at that time. We just got back from Florida and went to sleep outfitters. Bob remembered us. He is an extremely patient and informative salesman. He took his time with us and explained everything about the mattresses. He explained about the coils and the foam and the difference between pillow tops and non-pillow tops. He has a true grasp of the product that he is selling, and he did not try to push us into any purchase that we weren’t interested in. He is friendly and intelligent and we very much enjoyed working with him. We visited other mattress stores and returned to see Bob three times this spring. We placed our order today, and I hope we are as happy with our mattress as we are with Bob.

Great experience! The sales associate was very respectful and helpful. We were honest about our budget and what we wanted, and he narrowed in on mattresses that would fit. He also gave us discounts on some nice pillows. It felt overall like a high-end shopping experience.

Bob was very helpful and explained all the different options in padding and coils. This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from Sleep Outfitters in the past 4 years. All great beds.

We worked with Bob and Paul, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We highly recommend the store to anyone looking to get a new mattress. We didn't look forward to the task, but they made it so much easier for us. They went above and beyond in trying to get us the best sleeping solution possible.

Me and my husband had a very great experience at Sleep Outfitters. Dough was very friendly and informative with us on all mattresses that meet our sleeping needs. He was very patient with us trying multiple different mattresses. He made sure we experienced the best comfort and sleep positions. The store is very clean and smells great!!! We also liked that Dough gave us disposable sheets & pillow covers so we could lay on for a clean & safe experience. Paul was knowledgeable, kind, no pressure and thoughtful. He took so much time with us. Before we even tried out mattresses, Paul wanted to know how we sleep and what we wanted. We were able to buy exactly what we needed for a reasonable price. Sleep Outfitters Mayfield is clean, pleasant and low-key. I highly recommend the store as well as Paul as the outfitter!!

Will was great! My husband and I came in not knowing anything about buying a mattress. Will assessed us and asked questions to narrow down mattresses that would work for us. That made it not overwhelming for us to make a decision. He was very informative and helped us figure out and find the perfect mattress! Definitely would recommend going here. The process was pretty quick and efficient and their 24 month interest free financing really sealed the deal for me. My delivery was super seamless and the guys installed my frame really quickly.
