Wonderful workers. Very sweet, friendly and accommodating. Went there to buy an iPhone 15 pro max for my mother after having a terrible customer service experience with the Apple Store in this same mall. The service we received here was so great my mother and I almost forgot about the mistreatment we received only minutes prior by the Apple Store employees. Will be going here to buy a new phone in the future.

Great service and friendly. Gabe was awesome. Helped switch over 5 lines. Very patient associate. Very knowledgeable. Made it a smooth transition. The store manager came over and introduced himself also. Very friendly staffed store.

I love the workers here. They were so much fun to hang out and joke with as we were setting up our new phone and iPad. They genuinely made what would have been an intensely boring few hours at a phone store a really fun experience. The workers are just really cool people and without them it would just be another boring old T-Mobile.

Jorge, Chaz, and Aaron were extremely knowledgeable. Our family really appreciates their patience and kindness. They helped us on April 30, 2024 and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Switched to T-mobile at this location and got amazing service from the staff. I visited on two separate occasions. The first time I went Devonne explained everything in detail for the plan I chose. When I returned the following week David helped me get set up and was patient in making sure everything worked before I left the store. Overall I had a great experience and would gladly go back.

Joseph was SO HELPFUL! I was having an issue with my home internet and was so frustrated and he resolved it very quickly and professionally. Hooray!

Store manager and Steve were really friendly and knowledgeable throughout the time I spent in the store. After store manager helped me with phone activation, Steve gave me some suggestions on phone cases and screen protectors, and offered to put both items for me. Appreciate.

We went on a day that we thought would be slow because ..well it’s an epidemic. The mall was bustling. The service was excellent. And as fast as good service can be. We started a new plan with t-mobile moving over from at&t. Two new phones (Upgrade), trade ins and a free third line. We are really happy with T-Mobile service. John was quick, informed, listened well, and was patient with us while we made our decisions. It was a great experience. Thanks T Mobile!

Went in to transfer my fiancé’s phone on to my account. Guys at the store were incredibly patient updating my phone and dealing with customer service. They did great, T-Mobile corporate needs help. Thanks to the guys at the store staying late we were able to get it done! Good job James and Xavier

Quick and easy. I went to pay off 2 devices on my acct. The rep that helped me was fast and nice he brought the hand held device to me. So I cashed out right where I stood. Awesome!!! Right..! I was out of there in 10 minutes. It would have been less, but the printer wasn’t working… I didn’t mind waiting.

Karl showed exceptional customer service and was very helpful to my Son and I by helping us with mailing our trade ins and better screen protectors for our 14 pro max.

Jonathan was great and attentive to all of our needs. When the phone we wanted wasn't available, Jonathan took the time to check his storage to really make sure and was able to provide the one I wanted. I would recommend Jonathan's service to whomever wishes to stop by.

Only Team Mobile store that knows what they are doing. Thank you Jonathan and Daribel for providing me with ACCURATE information after I was duped by the Brookfield store. Thank goodness for these 2...they know their stuff inside and out. If you are looking to switch to Team Mobile, this is the only place you should go!

Thanks for your response Bill. Unfortunately I now am not a Team Mobile customer because of how badly the store in Brookfield treated me. But please recognize Daribel and Jonathan for their kind and honest service!
