Had a great experience with Courtney today. She helped me try on a half dozen pairs of shoes to find the right ones. I walked out with a nice pair of black Conards that can be dressed up or down. Thank you, Courtney for your patience and great customer service!!

My experience..
My wife and I are enjoying a long weekend in Nashville. Shopping at green hill, we find out way to J&M. Wendy L. Parker Manager was the biggest help. Not only was she excellent in her presentation, she gave me a +1 in exchanging a small boot I got for Christmas to the size I needed.

Anyone readying this, do yourself a favor and enjoy a wonderful experience with this beautiful woman!

Was on the hunt for a new pair of shoes. Received the best shopping experience anyone could ask for. The staff was very friendly and offered some advise on other venues in the area during our stay. Topped off the day and walked out with new pair of shoes. (First ever review)

Wasn't planning on buying shoes, but Wendy, the store manager, was so helpful, I ended up getting a great pair for an upcoming wedding. The selection at this store is perfect and very tasteful. Worth a visit if only to chat with Wendy.

I walked in just to browse and walked out wearing the most comfortable pair of oxfords I've ever owned. Courtney was sweet and helpful and taught me how I had been shoe shopping all wrong. She kew what works and what doesn't and helped me find the right pair that fit my feet well. I will definitely be back for another pair. Their clothing is handsome and I want to wear one of everything in the store! I bought a flanel peacoat right off the mannequin and It's warm and presentable. I'm a Johnston & Murphy man now! Don't waste your money at Macy's buying some of the tacky clothing they sell. Their green hills store is small but has more than you need. Highly recommend!
