Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is fresh and well season. Customer service is great and very fast. Great decorations inside and makes it feel very nice inside. Will be there again.

We love this Zaxby's. The staff are always polite and our food is always fresh and delicious. We've been here numerous times since they opened and it has been great every single time. The app offers great deals and free food for earned points and when it wouldn't work correctly one time, the staff knew exactly what to do. The only complaint we ever have, and it's always this way, is the lobby is absolutely freezing. It's physically painful to eat inside without pants and a jacket.

This location is new to Mt. Washington. My family and I love Zaxby's so we were happy about it coming here.
So far, they haven't disappointed. We've got food from drive thru and dine in and both experiences were good.

The restaurant is clean, the food was hot, and the employees were pleasant. Special shout-out goes to employee JC. They were so kind and helpful.

If you're passing through, you can't go wrong stopping by here for food. I'd recommend it.

The young lady by the name of Audrey took my order of loaded fries! She was very kind and made me feel like I was part of the Zaxby's crew. I hope they don't hurt my stomach since it's currently 9pm...

Staff here is really helpful. Had a mix up in my special order, that I forgot to check before I left. When I realized the issue I called them up and they remade it so I could come pick it up, right away. Mistakes happen in every industry, it's the way they are fixed that shows good customer service. Will definitely continue to come back.

I ordered a three-piece chicken fingers and they were overcooked and very small pieces. The kicking chicken sandwich was great but the fries were undercooked. I'm assuming it's a newer place in it will take time to get their food and service in order

The food was fresh and tasty. Like everything, a little pricey but that's the norm for all restaurants now.

Nice having a Zaxby's in our hometown. They're doing a great job handling the large crowds since opening. Been twice and both times were great.
