Those guys saved me from what I was expecting to be a stressful and expensive day on top of giving me a better quality part for less than the auto zoo up the street.I don't think I have ever been happy leaving an auto parts store in the past

Well luckily the employee that I dealt with knew about cars knew how to work the computer unlike everyone I've ever experienced at any and I do mean any AutoZone. Although I had to replace a fuel pump they still made that experience a little bit better by not frustrating me with giving me the wrong part not knowing how to work the computer and or just not knowing their job like every AutoZone that I have ever shopped at.

I actually didn't go into O'Reillys. I was at the Taco truck that is set up in their parking lot. I definitely recommend them for some good authentic Mexican food! The Churros are so good!

They have what I need every time

I called up my local O'Reilly's the other day here in Mount Washington,l told them I was having problems with the battery in my Sport Trac I believed. They asked the year and quickly looked up the options for replacements at request , after talking to them and choosing the replacement that I want it I asked the gentleman if they could change it out for me since I have recently suffered an injury he said yes they be glad to just bring it up. On the way up there since it was a rainy day my wipers have ripped on me also so I asked my guy helping me for wipers also not intending for him to put the wipers on to but to my surprise as soon as he finished with the battery he proceeded to put the wipers on my Sport Trac as well . I told him how much I really appreciated him doing everything that he did for me that day. It would have been really hard for me to get everything I needed to done for my truck, I had asked for his name and he had told me I just wished I was better with names so I could have put it on this post

O'Reilly's is always a great place to go to I've worked at the one in Mount Washington and it just seems that the atmosphere is better suited for the customer compared to other auto parts stores around. Always courteous and professional waiting to meet the customers needs.

These guys are some of the best . If you need anything or have an automotive question they got you .... if its above there heads theyve got you also . Theyre straight up honest and genuinely care about the job and the people they wait on .
