Food was really good and hot, the staff was very nice and friendly and it was great service all the way , I appreciate everyone that works at mt.vwashington McDonald's 🥰

The service was very prompt for my orders. The food was fresh and hot. The CSR was friendly and polite 😉.

The person behind the counter (Dinora) was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They definitely could use a fuller staff but that's typical in our little town. No one wants to work.... That being said the day manager Brent is very helpful...polite and courteous. Food was Great!!!!!

I came in before going to camp and my debit card kept being blocked even though I called the bank 5 times in 2 days to get it unblocked which they never did. The Manger Scott was super kind and paid my order for me. Thanks!

McDonald's is McDonald's, the line at this one is always pretty quick and hassle free. The food tastes like what you'd expect. I've been to some pretty nasty locations but this one seems to be a little more put together.

I walked in and it was cold & I asked a guy & a lady is it cold in here and she said are you cold & I said I'm not sure I just walked in and the guy & lady said if you are just let us know and we will fix the heat because we want you to be warm ! I thought that was very nice of them because most places will freeze you to death to keep the worker cool in the back.I think this lady must have been a manager & the guy I'm not sure he was on his lap top computer.

Food good everything was great but the service was slow

My boyfriend and I received one wrong order and had to wait on our holiday pies, but they went above standards for most fast food places when fixing an incorrect order and offered us both a free menu item for our trouble. We got our order corrected, warm holiday pies, and a free large fry and medium smoothie. We will definitely continue to order from this McDonalds considering the effort they put into correcting their mistake!

Everything was great. Just wanted to mention that I had to wait for the napkins to be replenished.

People will only review after one bad experience. This McDonald's is fantastic, quick service, hot food, and friendly employees at all times. When *a* mistake happened, they were quick and ready to fix the issue

Tho I'm not a fan of the food my poptart is and since I like to make her happy I ventured back after 5yrs. The owner should be commanded for the complete turn around. Fast, courteous, and my order is always right. Well done!

It was not a great experience, I don't like to complain. This was not the best service day, although i have had great service here before.

This McDonald's is located right off of I-65 and is constantly busy. This is the ONLY McDonald's I have ever seen that keeps its drive thru moving quickly and efficiently. There can be 20+ vehicles at it and usually in less than 10 minutes I'm out of there with my order that's always correct!! Thanks!

There were about 10 cars in the drive thru and I waited hardly no time. The service was quick and my order was right. The cashier and the window service were friendly.

This time service was fast and friendly! They got the order right, and it was really good. I ordered the Daily double burger, If you haven't tried it, then you must!

This McDonald’s is epic. I did a mobile pick up. It was ready within like 2 minutes of me submitting the order. Also the employees are the bees knees
