We needed a new T-Mobile Home Internet a few days ago so my Grandaughter & I went to T-Mobile in Mt Washington. We were promptly greeted by Karley in a very professional manner. She handled the entire transaction in a timely manner. She took care of everything. Thank You for providing prompt, courteous service.

I had a great experience! I had the best salesman ever! I believe his name was Mr. Fruit He was awesome he got me a sweet deal I couldn't resist! He's really about the customers he makes sure your taking care of. I highly recommend this store. you won't be disappointed.

Went in a little after 7 with wife and daughter - Fruit and another employee (Sorry I can't remember her name) worked together to get all 3 of us upgraded to new iPhones. - we all left with the new phones and unlike when I had Sprint the bill even came out right the first time! Great store, great customer service.

Fruit is the man!!! I lost my phone last week and had to go in for a new one. He helped me order a new one super fast and because the new iPhone 14 Pro is back-ordered, he gave me one of his old phones FROM HOME to use until I my new one gets shipped!! Who does that?! He's seriously the greatest. It's so refreshing meeting someone who loves their job and loves people, especially when it's so hard to get quality customer service these days.

I went in a few days ago and on a very strict budget. I worked with a man name Fruit. He was great and helped me to get the best deal I could afford! He was the only person in the store working and I had to wait approximately 30 mins but definitely worth the wait. He even stayed late to make the sale! Thank you Fruit! I hope TMobile knows the kind of employee they have!

By far the best experience I've had in a cell phone store, ever. Fruit went above and beyond to find a solution to my sim card issue when others quit at the first technical road block. From now on, I will only buy hardware from this store

I had excellent service from one of your reps named fruit. We came against a few hurdles but he worked them out for myself and my family. Great customer service skills and is deserving of some type of bonus. I will stay with T-Mobile as long as he’s working there.

I visited this location today and Fruit absolutely ROCKS! I had broken my screen on my phone and Fruit was beyond awesome and made what was a stressful day very fun and a great seamless transition to a new phone. New phone operating amazing and everything transferred over to match all my settings to my old phone. Thank you Fruit you're the best!

Had one of the best experiences today with Stephen. During a move I lost some items to ship back an iPhone and he helped me get all those items and told me exactly what I needed to do to get that done as easy as possible. Stephen is the best!!

I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about this store. Fruit (Ronnie) is one of the most helpful, sweetest human beings I’ve ever met. He helped me with my new phone plan through T-Mobile and resolved all my issues. I will not be going to any other T Mobile store except this one, all because of him! All the staff are wonderful and so helpful.

Went to Tmobile today to switch over my 4 lines from AT&T and Fruit hooked us up!!!!! He was able to save me around $40.00 a month. I have have been with AT&T since it was Cingular and they have been overcharging me for a long time. Both of my boys were able to walk out of there with 2 new IPhone 13 today for a little of nothing. So glad we made the switch it was well worth it. I recommend if you want to save money stop by and you won't be disappointed

Michael gave me excellent service. He was patient and answered my questions. I always appreciate being treated kindly since I could be his grandmother and don’t work easily in this technology world or “the cloud” that I needed access to! I’m happy to find this store.

Brittany was incredible!! She and fruit went above and beyond to help me with a SIM card issue. They stayed late to try to get it resolved. On top of that, Brittany knew I was getting off work late so she had my phone ready for me when I got there. I have never been more impressed with customer service!

I LOVE Karley at T-Mobile in Mt Washington KY!!!! She bent over backwards to help with the purchase of my new phones. I am very technology dumb. She helped and showed me how to use my phones and showed me how to get apps and data on my phone. I have come to depend on her extremely! She is always there with a smiling face and a helping hand!
