Sarah is an absolutely amazing manager , went above and beyond to care of my phone needs and helped other guest whilst taking care of me! She did all this while pregnant as well which is so amazing and professional, highly recommended going to her store for your cell phone needs

Bradley was so helpful setting up my phone, samsung watch, and hearing aids. You are fortunate to have him as an employee

Under new mgmt. Sara S. is absolutely AMAZING. Everything I needed help with she fixed. She went above and beyond to help transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. Others have told me I had to do it myself. But she sat with us and made sure everything was good before we left. I won't go back to Outer loop now this store is here. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Sarah was awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable and honest. She answered all my questions, handled all my issues and was extremely friendly. The Christian music was so wonderful! I wish more businesses would play it! Kudos to Sarah at the Mud Ln location!!

We had been to 2 different phone stores and called tech help and no one could help us. We walked into to this phone store and Sarah helped solve the problem in 2 minutes.
She and Tyler were amazing and they deserve a raise and a chicken dinner.

Sarah D. was amazing in my encounter with her today. She is an absolute queen, and that store is her castle. Her customer service lines up exactly with the golden rule. I am happy I was able to come into contact with her. She has a vast knowledge of all things AT&T, and is able to answer my questions with grace and integrity.

I had to drive 10 miles to get ahold of customer service due to not being able to speak to a live agent. Dialing 611 will only prompt for a payment and that does no good when the payment has been made. You all need a number we can connect to when service is interrupted. I was on the phone with customer for over an hour. I'm not explaining all of that here but I hope management at customer service listen to the call.
The 2 ladies at the store we're understanding of my situation and did that with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Sara and Randelle are definitely an asset to that store!!!

Even though we’ve moved 30 minutes away, we will always handle our business at this location. Skyler and Tyler are literally the best! Me and my husband bought phones there, then went back for internet and tv service. There are stores near our new home but when you find good people who are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you, you stick with them. Go see Skyler and Tyler on Mud Lane you won’t regret it!

Sarah smith the manager wasn’t able to help with my situation, however she did provide me a number to someone who could. I appreciate that she didn’t just turn me away but did what she could to help.

ATT user for over 2 years. My iPhone died this morning, and I decided to go to the Apple store since I was in the area. I thought they could restore the phone. Long story short, they couldn't. Bought new iPhone and found out it wasn't all the way set up. I couldn't use iMessage nor use the AppStore.

I went into this ATT store and Sarah Smith listened to my issue. We both sat there brainstorming until she figured out the issue. Without her help, it might not have ever gotten solved! I now have my iMessage working and can download apps! I greatly appreciate Sarah's help when nobody else could help me. I highly recommend this store and the wonderful customer service I experienced.

I am a newly divorced single mother who is new to having to take care of everything on my own. I have been very fortunate to have had Jake help me multiple times over the past few months with adjusting my account, updating things and explaining various things to me. He has been so helpful and kind, never making me feel inept with my many questions. I highly recommend this place based on his solid performance time and time again!
