Rob, Jalen and Lyn we're beyond super helpful on answering our questions, assisting us with obtaining supplies and overall helpfulness. They were happy to assist us even to the car with our tank. Because of their amazing customer service skills we have a new family member.

Petco is still going strong with great customer service and friendly employees.

I wasn’t expecting the great service and knowledgeable staff I have found at Petco. I have a fairly new fish tank and have gotten expert guidance from both Rob and Karen. They know their stuff and really care about the fish.

Good selection, clean, and well organized. Sometimes only 1 or 2 people on the floor, but always polite and courteous. Good location with easy parking most times/days.

Good place overall, my dog loves it here! Customer service is quick + reliant and are able to balance everyones' needs even if they are packed.

Had an appointment with the vet clinic for my dog, staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The price for all my dogs shots and her meds for heartworm
Was so much better than my regular vet. Highly recommend.

I buy many things at the store, some weekly. Your staff at the Backus Avenue store in Danbury Ct is the best I have ever worked with.... Very informative and educated

It is so easy to place my order on line and quickly pick up my purchase on my way home from work. Staff is always quick and helpful.

I’m a little late with this review but I wanted to make sure my appreciation was given. I placed an online order with this store about a month ago. The manager (Lynn), brought my cart right up to me. I mentioned that I do rescue in a quick conversation we had. She said “come with me”….she had items in a cart that she mentioned were going to be donated and told me to help myself to whatever my fosters could use. What an amazing and unexpected gesture!! Rescues run off of donations and donations have slowed down over the past couple of years due to financial hardships that many are going through so when unexpected help comes our way like it did that day, it helps more than anyone knows. Great store….great management. Thank you 🙏🏼🐾

Love that they have vets come to help you get all your pets shots and veteranarian needs for a low price.

I shop mostly, at the Brookfield location.The employees are helpful and friendly. I joined their Vital Care program, it helps me save money on pet food for all my furbabies.

I was trying to find a specific food for my cat. The employee was very helpful. Unfortunately what I needed was only available online.

Not only was everyone so helpful and knowledgeable, I got to communicate with the store manager who is absolutely lovely. She helped me to decide on a purchase and we talked about our animals. Lynn is absolutely extraordinary. Her influence is creating such an incredibly welcoming environment at this location. I’ve been going to the Danbury store for years and I’ve never seen it run as smoothly as it does since Lynn is there. Kudos to her! I’ll be returning regularly and looking forward to my next Petco pilgrimage !

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, & available (meaning I didn’t have to hunt someone down to get help).
They took the time to show me how to put the new harness I bought for my dog there.

The groomer who trimmed our dog’s nail was very loving and caring towards him.

Great staff. They remember you, always help you out and are so nice when you bring in your pet

What a lovely store. I know it's a chain but this store had such helpful staff that it felt like an independent operation. The gentleman who worked with me was knowledgeable and creative in his assessment of my needs. Bravo!

Not a fan of Petco overall, but the management and staff at this branch are top notch. It is nice to see a team with such a customer-centric approach as part of a chain that is usually a lot less so. This branch has earned me as a loyal customer.

The item I wanted was in stock. The cashier was lovely.

My dogs can be very difficult when getting their nails trimmed. The technician was friendly and my dogs were comfortable with her. She did their nails quickly with no distress at all to my dogs.

Always have what I need.. Prices, are reasonable.
