T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Took my cousin there to see what deal they had for her that included a new phone. The one she got from Cricket never worked correctly even after several trips to Cricket to have them check it out. T-Mobile was great, as they got her set up with a good deal and the phone she wanted. They were very attentive and nice making it a pleasant interaction.

Went to the store today thinking I needed a new phone. Thought my charging port on my Samsung s21 was broke. Donovan one of the staff asked to check it out. After a few minutes he had cleaned a bunch of junk out of the port now it charges again. Thanks. Great to know not all technicians are ready to just sale you a new phone, but to help the customer.

Thanks to Peter for helping my husband and I switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. We came in and it was quiet, but he came out to greet us and not only made sure we were taken care of, but catered to the other customers that came it during the process. Awesome multitasking! His associate Sarah came in and she was very nice too. Peter was very honest and thorough! We are so happy that we were able to switch without the hassle and confusion! Thank you again for your assistance and time helping us get a better deal!!

I have been with T-Mobile for over 4 years and I have never.... And I do mean never been disappointed with their customer service. It is such a breath of fresh air to have a company so willing to go that extra mile for you. So today we upgraded one of our phones. We are a house divided today we upgraded his apple to the new 12 pro max....tomorrow I upgrade to the Galaxy 21

I went in to T Mobile to upgrade my device and I had the pleasure of meeting Zachary at the time. He made the whole process smooth and efficient. He made sure that he answered all my questions. I had a great experience at this location.

I went to t mobile and I had to switch phones. Jack and peter were the guys that helped my family and they were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and patient. We were stuck there while my phones were transferring pictures and they held a conversation with us so it wasn’t boring or awkward. I even held them over past closing time because my phone was taking so long but they didn’t seem upset or aggravated they kept smiling and making us feel at home. Excellent excellent excellent customer service! Very impressed!

Deserving every star, the customer service was a really good experience. I was able to get my new phone set up & plan sorted along with getting a good laugh. Amazing personalities and helpful information! Even though one of them were a Samsung fan. APPLE ALL THE WAY!!!! 🤘🏻

Jack? I believe was his name (I could be mistaken. He was the manager. Was super helpful and super friendly. Talked me into the Galaxy S9. His associate Allen was also patient and amazing. Great place. Great people. Hard to come by good workers now a days. Give these men a raise! Thanks, guys!

I spent a very long time asking every question in the book about a new phone purchase. Ms Payton was wonderful, she has knowledge about every question I asked. Great location and customer service.

I have been with tmobile for 21 years...have always been very happy with their service!
Recently had to get new phone...went to tmobile store at the Mudd Lane store ...had a very helpful pleasant guy to help with the phone switch...he was very kind and very patience in the switching over of my phone! If anyone needs phone help I highly recommend...EARL AT THE MUDD LANE ..LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY STORE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL ....VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE...

Friendly service personnel. They have a large selection of most new cell phones. They offer very reasonable plans.
