Ulta Beauty

Store is a basic Ulta—lots of fun items at multiple price points, bright and clean. I like that I can get drugstore products as well as high end things in one place where I can also ask for advice.

Went in on Wednesday with 2 of my friends and had a nice experience. We were asked if we needed help but not followed or pestered by anyone. Employees were accessible/easy to find and ready to help which is rare these days in my opinion!

Milan was at the checkout and had VERY helpful suggestions on our purchases. She was incredibly sweet and funny and we really enjoyed talking with her and truly appreciated her input. She also gave us samples which is always a bonus!

I had a great experience at the Green Hills Ulta tonight! Ali went out of her way, including staying a few minutes after her shift ended, to recommend products, listen to my concerns and help me find what I needed. Employees like her make businesses stronger and make customers like me come back every time!

Plenty of choices to pick from. When checking out, the checkout queue was one line and moved fast with multiple registers. The prices were less than the other similar stores.

My girlfriend loves Ulta and always finds products she wants there. If they don't have it in store normally you can order it for free shipping while you're there!

Been struggling with finding the right makeup to use for the past few months and Milan was a huge help for me today. Helped me for an hour just to find the right products! Tysm

Had exactly the product I wanted. Shopping in store is a pleasure compared to on- line shopping. Sales person was very helpful. I had been wanting Billie Eilish perfume and it was in stock. I will definitely shop there again.

Rhianna did my hair for the first time and she was so welcoming, bubbly, and she did a great job. She was open to what I wanted at the time and what I wanted for my hair for the future. Most hairstylist I have went to always tell me it’s hard to get what I want or how much more I have to do and Rhianna was on my side and was ready to do what she could do for me! Definitely recommend her! Also Ashley was very nice at the cash register and super sweet to me.

Ulta always has a friendly staff. They helped me out to find skin care. I got a good deals on the a
Ulta app and pick up at the store so convenient and Ulta 100 oaks always has inventory on beauty items.

Rachel in the salon is fantastic. She made sure she understood what I was trying to achieve with my hair before she even started. The final result was exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her more.

Career Arnold did my eyebrows and lip chin and sideburns waxing. I've gone to several ultas for this service for several years and this woman by far has got to be the most detailed oriented perfectionist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She did take a little longer than the time said it would but we got along great in sure me talking slowed her down. I will only be going to her from now on.

I really enjoy my visits to this Ulta location. The staff is usually respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
