L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

Incredibly friendly staff and the quality of these French products is absolutely incredible. We've been shopping at one of these stores in different locations across the US for years. But this store just has a great feel and the staff is always very, very friendly.

The woman working was really nice & helpful. I try to go in every time we're in Nashville. I've been using their almond oil body wash for years & wanted to try the lotion. I've never found a body wash even close to theirs. It's just unique in formula & scent. Love the lotion now too!

Staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Only place to buy my skin and hair care products.

Just called this store to get my mom some gifts for Mother’s Day and the store manager Ashley was such a big help! She sent me pictures of gift boxes and talked me through a lot of the products. I’m going to become a L’occitane customer for myself now!

Love the products, but this is oddly my least favorite location ever. I've been to lots of locations in both the US and Europe, and this one just doesn't really have that L'Occitane vibe. They've struggled with staff of and on for the last few years, and so every time you go in there, there's a new person who doesn't really seem to know what's going on and looks/seems as if she's just being trained.

But the products are great, and is nice to have the store in case you need something quickly. I'm a guy who struggled with really bad skin around my nose and forbear, and the Youth Oil solved those problems.

The products from L'Occitane are absolute perfection. I've used them for years and the Youth Oil has solved a lot of problematic areas for me on my face. The slower oil is amazing, too.

The reason for my three start reading is this particular store. I live 30 miles away from this store and in the last three months have driven there four times to find them closed, without notice, three of the four times; the last time was on a Friday afternoon at about 4:00 PM when the fire was simply locked without any explanation, and althoughwe waited three for almost 20 minutes assuming thatthe store clerk may be using the restroom, no one ever showed back up.

This is poor customer service and represents a very real lack of respect for their customers' time and effort. I've decided to stop going to this store, even if they are open, and simply order off the website from here on out, although I prefer to shop in person. Frankly, I can't imagine how this kind of poor service is tolerated by the corporate office. What's the point of having a storefront of no one is going to be there?

They don't answer the phone, there's no way to leave a message, and they seem simply to not care at all.

Extremely rude customer service, or better to say that there was NO customer service given to us as I believe that the lady is racist. We are Asian, and we entered the store when it was completely empty. Lady did not even bother to look, smile, or acknowledge us. Later, a white family comes in, and her attitude is completely different. She is all smiles, giggles and very engaging. As I said, we entered when the store was completely empty so she had enough time and space to give us the attention we deserved. They left soon after. Then, a black couuple came in—again, nothing. There were completely ignored. Extremely rude. I will be shopping online from now on until this rude lady is replaced. We don’t need to shop at a place that chooses to discriminate against anyone who is not white. Very disappointed.
