My husband and I came on a Saturday morning about 15 minutes before close and the place was completely empty. The staff were nice and the food came out relatively quickly. We didn't stay and eat, but the atmosphere was nice and had lots of seating. The bagel sandwiches were good.

Rise Bagels is one of our first stops when we visit Minneapolis. Great bagels (rosemary bagels along with the usual suspects!), great sandwiches with BEC or lox options but also vegan sandwiches, excellent coffee. Light filled area to eat and chat. Cute little shop. 💯

The artisan on everything bagel was *everything* one of the best bagels I’ve had in a long time, 10/10 will be back!

Really great establishment! Delicious food and an order system that works flawlessly. Order online and pickup at your own counter or wait in line and they'll call your name when the order is ready. Great coffee too! Staff was so kind and super fast! Happy to go back and support what they have going on! Super busy and trendy vibes!

Pro tip: black sesame latte. Trust.

So much better than any bagel chain place around! They have unique bagel and schmear options— I got a poppy bagel with honey and rosemary schmear and it was a great combo. The coffee was really good and oat milk wasn’t an extra charge! The employees were really nice. There are quite a few tables and bar spots inside. The wifi was fast. It filled up around 11 on a Tuesday and they sold out of a few bagel types. Typical hard to find north loop street parking around the building.

Gets packed in here, prepare to stand in line. It's absolutely worth it. Well priced, friendly staff even though they're busy through the teeth. The bagel sandwiches are amazing.

Best hazelnut coffee- I went a few months ago but its something that stood out so much to me! The food was great, bagels are delicious, and the staff are super kind. Will be back next time in the twin cities

Great place in the north loop to get your bagels and morning food. Line can range from right to the counter to out on the street so do plan accordingly or order online to skip the line. Great coffee here as well. Sandwiches are also great in taste, just have a limited variety to chose from, but this is known for the bagels anyway so all though could be even better I still would not turn away from this place for your morning routine in the local area.

This is a great spot if you love bagels, breakfast, and/or coffee! Very clean and open, seating is limiting due to COVID restrictions but that means plenty of places to stand! I did the Harvest on a Rosemary bagel with a Rosemary latte with caramel and it was divine! Picked up a few more to deliver and was told they were fantastic! I will be back to enjoy more!

MN2022: There for a quick breakfast before touring MN. Nice, neat and clean. Very friendly staff. Very quick to get your order. Relaxing comfortable settings for just talking. Loved the sandwiches and pastries.

These are the most amazing bagels! I loved the rosemary with the dill cream cheese. I can't wait to try more combinations. If you haven't had one of these bagels, you have not lived!

We had been hearing the amazing things about these bagels for years and we were finally able to taste them! So happy we did. We will make a special trip to Rise whenever we are in the Twin Cities! Wish we could have them shipped to us regularly.

First time visiting Rise Bagel. Picked up a bagel & coffee to-go and had a very pleasant experience. Great vibes, friendly staff. The windows surrounding the space let in a lot of sunshine and made it feel very cozy and comforting. I recommend The Artisan on a salted bagel! Delicious.

I'm a month late, but better late than never! Rise is adorable and recently opened up by sisters from MN. Awesome design, atmosphere and of course bagels!! They offer organic bagels, 10 flavors of cream cheese, vegan cream cheese, organic spreads, all day breakfast with three specialty sandwiches, two open faced bagels that are fun, and three specialty lunch bagels. For drinks they have locally roasted coffee, organic hot tea, local soda, orange juice, Pellegrino, Coke and if you have a baby like me water for mixing formula bottles. Lol. I ordered the roast beef sandwich for lunch. It comes with arugula, caramelized onions, crispy shallots, and horseradish cream cheese. I ordered it because I skipped breakfast and wanted something a little more substantial.
The staff is great and welcoming. It is very clean here. There is a ton of natural light that comes in the huge windows. This is a good place to meet friends, have a bite to eat, or maybe catch up on work. I highly recommend coming to Rise.

Rise is an awesome spot with excellent bagels. It's super easy to order ahead online and they have a pretty good system set up if you need to order inside. On the weekends it is busy and parking can be tricky/they might run out of your favorite! I get a pretty plain order from them, but I don't need more because the bagels are so yummy!

there is a reason they sell out most days and the line often reaches out the door…it’s because they make some really delicious bagels! lots of great options, solid coffee from dogwood, quick service, nice area with lots of seating. really a must go if looking for a bagel in the metro!

Rise Bagel Co. surpassed all expectations when it came to our large catering order for an event. Not only were their bagels an instant hit, offering both sumptuous taste and great quality, but the readiness and promptness of our order were commendable.

However, what truly distinguished them and left an indelible impression was the dedication of their owner. In a minor oversight, our gluten-free bagels were missed out, but the owner didn't just apologize – they personally ensured the bagels made it to our location, ensuring no one felt left out. It's this level of personal touch and customer commitment that is rare to find. I get misty eyed just thinking about how kind it was.

Kudos to Rise Bagel Co. for not just their delectable bagels, but also for their impeccable service standards. The gluten-free gesture was truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Best bagels in Minneapolis. Variety of bagels, smears, and sandwiches with vegan and gluten free options. Open seating is good for catching up with friends or working for a few hours. Gets busy on the weekends. Only paid street parking nearby.
