Bruegger's Bagels

First time here. We had the brisket bagels. Staff was good and restaurant was clean. The food came out fairly fast and was fresh. The bagels were very good! Toasted to perfection. Brisket was about the perfect amount. Cream cheese was just right and the diced jalapeños were a nice add to the flavor without adding too much heat. Will definitely come back if I get the chance!

I came here on a Friday morning (5/31) and yes they were super busy but I would consider the orders to be coming out at a good pace! Considering there’s a drive thru, mobile orders, and inside orders. I think the name tag said Jan but the front cashier was great about making sure your order was correct and keeping the front of house organized. There was a woman on the cook line that was keeping everything in order in back as well! Great team they had on today and I will be back 😊

This is the second time we have eaten at Bruegger's Bagels in Maple Grove. It has been busy both times. Having work at Big Boy's Restaurant and other eateries for 8 years of my life, I do know something about hospitality. Ian, taking orders at the cash register, was very patient with every customer and even when he was new the first time we stopped in, he stayed cool and asked questions of his colleagues in a very respectful way, and his colleagues helped him through all his questions. The people making the bagels and coffee were also cordial, smiling and looked like they were having fun. Thanks for the great bagel experience.

The store was clean and cashier friendly. Coffee came quickly, as did the bagels, and the order was correct. Bagels were soft on the inside and a firm crust. I had the pumpernickel, which is one of my favorites. It was Tosted perfectly and a good amount of plane cream cheese. I was very happy with the bagel!

Great experience at the Bass Lake Road Bruegger's Bagels today. The cashier and the person preparing my order were both amazing. They me me feel welcome and appreciated. Best bagels ever + an excellent team = Bruegger's ❤.

From someone up North with no access to a Brueggers Bagels I do enjoy stopping at them when We go to the cities area, and this one service was good food came quick.

I go every Saturday morning with my daughter and the staff are always very polite and welcoming. We love that this place has become part of our weekend routine.

Short-staffed, snow-day and you would think they'd be crabby...nope!! Full of smiles, kindness, calm and generosity from Chris running the drivethru this morning! Excellent coffee and bagel sandwiches today! He even gave my daughter a cookie for her special birthday! Thank you so much!! 🤩🥰☕🍪🥯

Smokehouse and Farmhouse bagels were delicious with the cheesy hash browns. Coffee is good too. They had a long line but it didn’t end being more than a few minutes and staff were kind, considerate and friendly.

We had a great experience here. Ian was so accommodating and kind to us. We will be back next time we are in town!

I stopped into this Caribou with a drink from another location as I was leaving town hoping to get a replacement. The drink was not made right, it was really weird, and I hated buying a large drink just to throw it away. The cashier asked her manager if they could replace someone else's drink and there were no questions. The manager and cashier were awesome and made me a new one with a smile. Great service that makes me want to give them more business. Very impressive.

I've been orbiting the west-metro bagel scene for a while now and my recent visit to the Bass Lake Rd Bruegger's stood out as one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Upon entry, the store atmosphere struck me as inviting. The Monday afternoon staff was swiftly tackling the lunch rush, while maintaining a friendly and laid-back attitude. I enjoyed how they used my first name when checking in my perks and calling out my order. I'm also entirely grateful for the pickle included with my bagel. Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely reccommend this location to Bruegger's/Caribou fanatics. Anyone who has worked in a customer service environment would be able to recognize and appreciate the elevated experience this location provides.

Phenomenal staff. It’s a bummer that the indoor seating is closed but the staff is so friendly and quick and accurate. Constantly offering to help both customers AND their fellow employees. Give the two gals up front running register & drive-thru raises to keep them!

First off, the Sriracha Honey Sunrise might be the greatest breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted. 5/5. Their fresh coffee tasted great, the staff very friendly, and everything priced fairly. Can't wait to go back for more!

I always get the Western on a cinnamon sugar bagel, light on the chipotle sauce... and it NEVER disappoints!

I love the people that work there. I will walk in and be recognized by every one of them. They know me, and Bruegger's is a place that I can always feel welcome. The food is good, the drinks are great, but the friends I've made there are priceless and unforgettable. I love you, Brueg Crew.

Great bagels 🥯 with lots of choices. Plain to avocado and egg. Busy = very popular

First time having a breakfast sandwich from Brueggers and I'm in love. I forget the name of the sandwich i ordered but is was your basic egg, cheese and bacon. It was very tasty and fresh tasting. I will for sure be back to try some other sandwiches. Compliments a cup of caribou coffee.
