⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jack in the Box around noon and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean and not too crowded, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly.I decided to try their Spice Chicken Sandwich with jalapeños, and it did not disappoint. The blend of spices and the kick from the jalapeños added a unique and delicious twist to the classic chicken sandwich. It was evident that the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care.What truly impressed me was the speed of service. Despite the lunch hour rush, my order was ready in no time. This efficient service ensured that I could enjoy my meal without any unnecessary wait.Overall, I left Jack in the Box with a full stomach and a smile on my face. The combination of great food, a clean environment, and excellent service made for a fantastic dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of that spicy goodness!

Here is why 5 stars. We were greeting quickly when we pulled up in the drivethrough. What made it great was the guy on the other end of the speaker was very polite and professional and didn’t tell us to hold or wait. We ordered and all went well. We received our order quickly. There are also sone beautiful roses in the drive through. We drove away and found out one of our sandwiches was wrong. We compared with the receipt which was also wrong and explained the error. We drove back and the correcr item was promptly provided...no questions asked.

For me this one has been consistent and they ones working drive thru are always nice and get the order right.

I like the service at this Jack in the box, they always treat us well!

Breakfast is available at all hours. The food is good and is reasonably priced.

Awesome customer service! I can say with 92% confidence best food service in a long time! The manager was who I had the pleasure of serving my order with respect, genuine smile and great spirit. Made me feel like I was an equal and that my patronage was appreciated. Thank you for that. I wish I had gotten her name, but she's awesome!

We don't have this chain on the east coast. We are a burger Town. Lots of mom n pop places; all of the national/international chains. It was nice to find some new variety on the opposite coast. We tried a few different items among us and didn't have anything bad. Food was fresh and cooked correctly. The best part about covid food orders is that everything is always fresh cuz they are making it as fast as they can.

I've had one or two bad experiences where the staff just won't serve despite being open 24hr, but usually the early morning staff are very friendly. Never been inside

Curly fries are sufficiently good to earn 5 stars.
The rest of the food is passable and the advanced drink machine is fun and cool. The service is just a touch slow, but not enough to detract from the fact that they are THE source of curly fries.

I went with $10 and it costed $10.58 and they let it slide. I also asked for a water cup and they said don't worry and gave us a soda cup. Honestly the best restaurant I've been to in 25 years and I'm only 15 😮

I ALWAYS enjoy going in this restaurant. The menu options are excellent; and the service is top notch. I never have had a BAD experience. I love the Teriyaki Bowl, and the Southwest Chicken Salad, of course the burgers also.

Stopped here when I was too hungry to drive all the way home. I got a milkshake and fries without salt -- really tasty snack that hit the spot. I also took a bite from my fiance's Grilled Sourdough Swiss sandwich and now I know what to order next time.

Place is usually busy when I try and go here but the line always moves quickly and the burgers are always delicious.

Very nice people friendly good service I had the fish sandwich combo under $5 fresh and hot outstanding it came with fries and a drink very good professional ethics and conduct I would recommend anybody to go there it's funny your company asked me to respond for my visit today I went to school at Pleasanton Elementary School in 1967 back in the day and now we're in 21st century we are all very blessed to be here thank you

Yes 5... Stars... Sentimental because I worked at this location, but am never disappointed when I have my unhealthy late night cravings. They will accommodate special order of ultimate cheeseburger cooking time and to order if not busy

I am the Lyft driver that needed to use the ladies restroom, so bad... Chevron across the parking lot rejected me, as if I were a criminal....This Jack in the Box Crew allowed me to wash up, use the restroom and even order food. This truly means a lot at nearly midnight, when you are hours from home!!! Thanks Livermore Jack in the Box
