Superb customer service. The red shirt person who took my order was so informative and nice. This was our first beyond patty burger. Amazing . You got to try this out here.

The workers here are some of the nicest I've ever met in fast food :)

Went through drive through and an employee of yours named Joshua helped me and you just don't get customer service like that anymore. He was so polite, helpful, and smiley. He had a great attitude and he was very welcoming. He was quick but didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry. All-around great service. Thanks Joshua!!

I always go through the drive thru which tends to be really fast. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes to place an order and they give you the food pretty quickly.

I always go here for breakfast or lunch during MY lunch break if I didn't bring my lunch or don't feel like buying lunch from my job. Customer Service is always Excellent and the food is GREAT and so is the price. The monster biscuit for breakfast is big and delicious and lunch any burgers I tried were good also.

This is one of my favorite Carl's Jr. locations around. Always fresh, and they have better offers than most other locations. Courteous staff, as well. Way better than the location in San Ramon, which is extremely overpriced and don't carry as many offers.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the amazing crew who helped me tonight. Brandon,Ethan,Jarrod,Yahir, Augustin and Quirino thank you. After I messed up my order I messed up my order they were all willing to help me with no hesitation and were able to accommodate me with excellent customer service. I use to work for a carls jr. For almost 6 years as a shift leader and I was well impressed. Thank you all again for your patience and willingness to help me. 🙏

I don't normally do fast food restaurants, however this is a good place to go for lunch or a quick bite. The California Combo, and almost every thing else on the menu--that I have tried--is pretty good.

Great service and food was hot, fresh and my takeout order was ready within 10 minutes of me walking through the doors.

This is my go to Carl's Jr when I'm too lazy to bring my lunch for work. Overall the quality of the food is pretty solid. Staff is friendly

Been going here for 15+ yrs and it still taste the same. I've always had good service, good fast food, clean and never been sick.

Great! If you like fast food the fried zucchini is good you can't go inside to eat (the drive is open).

As far as fast food goes, service was friendly and fast. The premises were super clean as well.

First place I found around Livermore that has biscuits and gravy!!! My life savers!!! McDonald's don't have biscuits and gravy in this state. 😑

Much better than it used to be. Employees are polite, order was correct, food was delicious.

My husband and i enjoyed our meals, the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.
