Excellent customer service. Staff helped me pick out 32 pairs children shoes to donate to native American community. Not only were all the shoes on clearance their rewards program gave me a buy one, get one 1/2 off so I saved even more. Thanks to Kristen, Craig and other staff who assisted me. They even carried my purchase to my vehicle!

The store associates were so helpful with questions I had about certain shoe types, etc. I shop at this location regularly and always have a great or good experience. The staff is usually knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The rewards program here is also quite decent compared to other types of programs.

Great selection, especially for clearance. I had ordered a couple pairs online and they ended up being even cheaper when I came to the store to pick them up. It was BOGO half off clearance as well which I didn't expect so I actually found a couple more pairs of shoes to buy. The regular prices on shoes are pretty average. Good quality. I would definitely come back when I need more shoes of any kind. The older man that checked me out was very friendly and made sure I was paying the right price for everything.

This location is nice! I believe the young man that helped me name was David and he greeted me as soon as I came in the store,asked if I needed help and also checked me out. Great customer service David!

The older gentleman was super helpful. All staff is great any time i am there but he was awesome the day I went in. They were busy but he was so patient with all customers.

Order some shoes online, didnt open for awhile, when idis they still had se unity tag. Took them to Maple Grove and they took care of me with my receipt
