The staff has been patient as I am attempting brewing Mead for the first time. He has patiently answered all my questions and they have a great selection of supplies for small or hobby brewers. Very happy and will definitely be going there again.

The owner is really helpful and can answer any of your brewing questions. I came in yesterday and wanted information on how to make a custom grapefruit raddler type beer and the owner hooked me up with all the supplies and ingredients I needed. Very reasonable prices as well. The store has everything you need to brew. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I was in search of a store that could provide equipment and supplies to help my wife on her voyage into wine making. I was not inside the store 2 min. before I was approached and asked what they could help me with. I explained that my wife was trying to make wine and needed some equipment and supplies. I explained her project and asked for guidance. Not once did the person helping me try to sell me on anything. He patiently waited for my explanation and input. Only then did he impart his knowledge. He let me make every decision on what questions I would ask and then would provide guidance. He made it a peaceful and easy experience. He was very helpful, respectful and patient. What amazing help he was. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of or interested wine making or brewing. They have earned my trust and respect during our first meeting. I love the farmhouse. The staff is amazing, the selection is the best in the state. They have regular classes for everything from gardening to brewing and everything in between. Ingredients are fresh, and plentiful (huge grain, yeast, and hop selection) They'll help you design your recipe, or choose from one of the many great custom recipe kits all put together ready to go. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Passionate about the hobby and industry, have a plethora of equipment for all skill levels. If they don't have it in store they're more than willing to order it for you. Willing to make specialty kits for beginners to get started in the craft.

Great downtown store that I've patronized for years. Extremely knowledgeable in the realm of Homebrewing, as well as Cheese- and Wine-making (They even offer classes). They've assisted us in creating many great custom or clone- beer recipes and batches of wine for special occasions or famil events. Josh and James know their stuff! I try to support local business whenever possible and so also enjoy that I can get locally roasted coffee and items like local honey there as well. Go check them out!

I went with a group of 10 people and enjoyed an interactive wine making experience. The 2 gentlemen we're very knowledgeable and made it a great experience. We enjoyed a few samplings of wine and shared a few jokes. Going back to bottle our wine and expect a

This is THE Place to get brewing and wine making supplies. They are reasonably well stocked and very knowledgeable. Now under new management, expect little or nothing to change - new owner has been running CSF for years - old and new management are great!

Great place to start fermenting or continue fermenting. Friendly helpful great grains. Blue ox local malt here. But so much more. Learn to make wine!

Honestly, I accidentally walked in here while looking for another store. But when I walked in, it was pretty amazing to see all the brewing supplies. They had a wide variety of grains and other ingredients. I'm not a brewer so I don't really know what I was looking at, but it honestly seemed great
