My experienced today at the post office Livermore was amazing. One of the employee who works there was very helpful and very nice. His name was Patrick. He helped me out through my passport process even though I’m a little bit confused . I just want to say a big thanks for Patrick!

The staff here are hardworking, helpful, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Mr Singh, Mr Patrick and the guy that was answering questions and directing the line on the floor one busy day. I drop off my ebay and mercari packages here all the time and never had an issue. I also use the PO box and never had problems. My family also used the Passport service and it was great. Online passport apppointments are convenient. Forwarding mail via the website is also great when going on vacation. Plenty of parking. It is near downtown so traffic can get a bit busy but not a deal breaker. Lines can get a bit long but they open another counter or all counters if that happens.

I do not understand why people hate this place. The service is good and fast, the staff is polite. The only thing I can nitpick is some of the pens were broken.

Set up a passport appointment with photo. Couple days before they called to let me know that their photo service was down. Wish they had the photo available but appreciated that they gave me the heads up. Very smooth process, came 15 mins early and was done and out before my scheduled appointment time.

Needed to pick up a package I wasn't home to sign for. Very quick and easy with friendly staff. The line moved pretty fast and the whole process took no more than five minutes.

There were a lot of people giving the staff insane attitude because they didn't know how the passport process worked and didn't make the first come first serve list. Here I was thinking the customers at retail were bad, the customers at the post office who don't get their way are truly rude and disgusting, major props to the staff for putting up with them.

Up until recently I went to our Livermore post office weekly. If the lines are long it is because they are understaffed. I have never found any of the same employees I have seen for the past 12 years ever be rude to me or anyone else. Great people.

Visited for Kid's passport with photo service; we were out by 15 min.

Staff is very friendly and helps with the process.

This USPS is located in a lovely-aged building. In my visit, one of the employees helpfully guided me through a self-service machine which expedited my process of sending flat-rate packages.

To the driver “Think” driving truck 1257543 on May 15th thank you so very much for being an amazing help, we had a heavy piece of furniture to be moved in and without second glance he offered himself to help out and make things a lot easier give this man a raise

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Lines move pretty fast, as long as the customer has their stuff together.

Drove through the parking lot put my mail in the postal box it was all good.
