i talked to beth about my wrong order and she had the worst customer service i have ever seen. she was a short red/brown haired woman who was so rude to her employees. i’ve never seen anything like this before. the hatefulness to her employees was awful as someone who is in the service industry i couldn’t imagine talking to my employees the way she did. she made my entire experience dreadful. i used to love this shop but now i can’t support it knowing the she treats the employees this way.

Pretty messed up getting a sweet old ladies card number stolen, by posting on the internet. I would not scan/use a card in this establishment
