The best pool store in Baton Rouge. I took on the maintenance of the 1200 Square foot 10 feet deep pool at my folks house after they passed. It's a monster pool and difficult to clean because of its size. The employees at Pinch a Penny are knowledgeable and helpful. The pool looks good and I'm confident that it's better than ever with the support of Pinch on Sherwood!

I just wanted to take a moment to stop and comment about my experiences with this AWESOME BATON ROUGE store. The staff are very knowledgeable there, and are always willing to help. The manager there is just awesome and can fix any mechanical issues that you may have. The pool cleaners , and technicians there, are a very knowledgeable group as well. So overall I have to say that this store that I I have complete faith in, and the one that I would personally recommend, is just my one stop shop for all of my pool needs.

Really good experience with pool pump issue. Even though my pump was 1 month out of warranty they were able to get it replaced by company for cost of labor only. Fast, prompt and went above and beyond for me. I can't thank you enough!

As a pool owner I've always been weary of pool stores, that is until I came across Pinch a Penny. They won't try to sell you on products you don't need, but are quick to provide helpful services. The benefit of shopping here is their readily available liquid chlorine. $7 for 2.5 gallon jugs after the purchase of a refillable jug. That brings the price per gallon to about $2.80, less than half of any other liquid chlorine on the shelves, and always much fresher than anything on the big box shelves. Whether you need a quick shock or are running on pure liquid chlorine for your pool, you can't beat the value of this service!

When our repairs on our control board for our Polaris iAqualink that was only a year old were taking too long, our advocates at Pinch A Penny demanded a new unit for us and we got it! Thanks guys, we are shoppers and supporters for the life of our pool! 👍🏻

After yet another bad experience with the lack of service at another large supply company further north on Sherwood I gave them a try.

Amazing staff that had the time, care and energy to immediately help me with everything I needed.

No excuses like "well i helped this guy because he knew what he wanted" because apparently Leslie's has a first easiest to deal with customer, first serve rule.... Fine, no more of my money then since they aren't the only game in town anymore.

Best pool supply store in BR! Brandon and the staff are extremely helpful. Their prices are very competitive. Every time I've gone in with a pool issue, I've come out with the right solution (knowledge and chemical/equipment).
