I have always had good experiences every time I have gone to Clearwater Pools. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. From testing my water samples to helping me fix stains in the pool. Whether I needed a few chemicals to keep my pool looking amazing or testing my salt cell to make sure it is still working, I walk out knowing my pool is well taken care of. I have had several issues because of the builder (not Clearwater) and Joan’s team has listened to my issues and help lead me in the right direction to get them fixed. I brought my automatic pool cleaner in thinking it was dead but Ben was able to fix it saving me hundreds of dollars if I would’ve had to buy a new one. Their knowledge is top notch and if they don’t have the answer, they will pick up the phone and find the answer. I had a bad salt cell and they took care of me that day with a new salt cell and they also handled all of the warranty paperwork. They have given me samples of stain or rust eliminator to test on my stains to see if it works before having me spend money unnecessarily buying an entire bottle. Joan, Brian, Ben, Valerie 9k, Elaha and Jada are a great team to work with to test your water samples or to fix any issues and keep your pool looking amazing.

My husband and I have used Clearwater Pools to check our water for about 3 years now.
To say that the team has been helpful and gone above and beyond would be an understatement.
They always make us feel as though we are the most important customer there.
We have worked with all of them, and had the same experience with them all.. but we mostly talk to Jada and Elaha.
Because of their skill and accuracy in recommendations, we have had a STAR on our water for the past 5 visits!
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who simply needs their water tested, or if you are searching for a pool or spa.. or need help bringing your pool back to life!

And as an added bonus - Their free coffee is some of the best tasting I have ever had!!!

So pleased with the customer service. Andre’ did a great job assessing the problems with my pool and walking me step-by-step through how to work my new pool pump. Gave me additional tips on my existing equipment that I was not aware of. Very happy with the service as well as the helpfulness of the office staff. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I can’t speak more highly of this company, their customer service, the quality of their products, the kindness of their employees/management. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would. It’s beyond deserving! Clearwater genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Personally, Brian has assisted me in the guidance of my pool install and have pointed me in the right direction each time. They are very knowledgeable in each product they sell without hesitation. Valerie did an excellent job helping get the pool we wanted. She also help get the installer line up. And she was very helpful with get started up chemicals.

I've spoken with 3 members of the staff and they were all extremely helpful. Free water testing, thoroughly explained what needs to be done to keep pool clean, provides straight forward list of products & instructions, & someone always helps me carry products to my car.

My salt chlorinator went out on my pool this past weekend. Desperate to get it fixed I called several pool stores and the customer service was several lacking. I had never called or used Clearwater Pool and Spa before, and after my experience I’ll never use another pool store. Cindy S. took my phone call Saturday and took the time to not only get my part ordered but provided education about our pool and how to properly maintain it. She didn’t know me nor owed me that, which goes to show that Clearwater Pools and Cindy are exceptional. You have a new customer for life!

As someone who had zero pool knowledge prior to owning a house with one, I’ve never felt uninformed or unsure as to why certain parts needed to be fixed or replaced. Amazing customer service and the managers have integrity like no other business I have dealt with in years. When I came in to have a pump repaired they quoted me a price for a replacement unit. When they pulled it off the shelf the manager found out it was higher then the price quoted. She brought the mistake to my attention and honored the quoted price. I haven't seen integrity like that in a long time. With those ethics i can shop with confidence with them

These people know pools. They help us keep the pool in great shape all year, but after the 2016 flood that left us with a pool full of nasty, murky river water, they helped return it to pristine condition quickly.

Clearwater’s staff is top ranked. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Their huge selection of Hot tubs and spas is worth seeing if you are thinking about the benefits of jetted therapy.
Their pool supplies and water testing lab will keep you enjoying your pool.

I live in Prairieville, and when I decided a couple of years ago to look into getting a hot tub, I went to several hot tub stores near me. After receiving rather impersonal receptions at every location, I went to Clearwater Pools and Spas. I immediately felt very warmly received and that my novice questions were respected and thoroughly answered! Needless to say, I purchased a hot tub that very day and have been very pleased and impressed with everyone one there since! Every time I have a question or need to purchase something, I am met with sincere interest and hospitality! I so much enjoy meandering around the spacious store, knowing that the knowledge and expertise from the manager Joan, Benjamin, Elaha, Cindy, Andre, Valerie, Andrew, Garrett, etc., are readily available to me every moment! If you appreciate genuine warmth, along with a high level of professionalism, this is the place to go! Even with other hot tub stores nearer to me, I will always go to Clearwater Pools and Spas! Love my pool from Clearwater Pools. Excellent installation but 5 weeks after installation, I had a line that had air coming through. Cindy Scott, the service manager, made sure a service tech came out asap to address the problem. I can't say enough about her professionalism and seeing this problem to the end. Loved loved loved working with Clearwater! From the moment we walked in, until the job was complete the staff there was impeccable!!! No question went unanswered and with the utmost respect and knowledge! Brian and Cindy were pivotal in our process and truly made it so delightful and I would recommend them to anyone who asked!!

We went through a flood May (2021) here in Baton Rouge which toasted our hot tub. We chose Clearwater Spas because of their excellent lines and reputation for servicing their products. Our replacement tub was delivered by Andre, Ben and Garret. They could not have been more professional, hard working and pleasant to be around. They went overboard to be sure that we were not just satisfied, but delighted and did an excellent job of setting up the new tub. Had drained and turned off my hot springs hot tub during the summer. Recently I filled it up and attempted to get it back online. Stumbled during the process and wasn't having any luck. I called clearwater and talked to Brian at the Baton Rouge store. He was so nice and helpful and helped me get my hot tub back online!! Customer for life now! Thank you Brian!

If quality products and customer service is what you are looking for, look no further. You have arrived at your destination. I'm a first time pool buyer and live hours away but Ms Joan (& Team) literally made this experience as easy as buying a loaf of bread, and all from the comforts of home. Customer service during and after the purchase was excellent. Had one little problem after installation with air getting into the system. Made one call and within minutes they worked with me to resolve what turned out to be a very very simple fix (customer error LOL). If quality products and service after the sale is important to you as it is to me, give Clearwater Pool & Spa a call.
